Everything was clean and perfect. Very well decorated and well presented room with Elemis toiletries, a great heating system and great water pressure as advertised. Very very helpful staff, magnificent location adjacent to restaurants and the theatre, pubs and eating places and airports.

Amazing experience, decent base for a short stay. A stylish and perfect hotel in an excellent setting with plenty of little extras. Welcoming staff, free wake up calls and ironing available. 10 minutes walking from the but station.

The staff were competent and attentive and knew their area. The location was ideal and peaceful because it was near to the Victoria National Rail and Underground station, London Eye, and local amenities.

Functional hotel with city views and competent staff. Good value for money and a nice size room, a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and fresh towels in the room. All in all incredibly comfortable location, not far from Victoria coach station, the theatre, and Victoria and surrounding area.

Clean place, staff was pleasant. We booked double room on the upper floors and could use wake-up service, available in it. We thoroughly enjoyed that it was beautifully maintained. The location was fab and incredible, right by Victoria Rail station and Coach station, Westminster Abbey/Parliament, and walking distance from Victoria train.

Came here for 6 days, the hotel was good quality and functional, it had fab location very close to Victoria train station and the Apollo theatre, and Westminster Abbey. I had well priced room on the upper floors.

Stayed for 6 nights in this high quality place, enjoyed that. The setting was excellent, just off Victoria Rail station and Coach station, walking distance from Victoria train and public transport. I had some drinks at Jb's Bar and Restaurant, positioned 100 metres away.

As for me, the area was a bit dirty.

Its location was efficient, short walk to London Eye, and many attractions such as Buckingham Palace. The rooms were stylish on the upper floors, the staff were professional.

Well, it was a real good stay by 3 nights. The location was impeccable, at a walking distance from St James Theatre. Moreover, it was right by train station, Parliament, and London. Everything exceeded all expectations, I would stay here again.

I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed. Central location of this affordable hotel was a bonus. Apart from that, Covent Garden was 5 minutes' drive away.
