The staff were polite, the room was new-fashioned. The location was marvellous for exploring this nice enough area, close to Paddington Station, quiet area for bedtime-big thumbs up, and the tube.

There where exceptionally comfortable beds and a microwave, an air conditioning, and a personal safe in the suite. The stuff were all fairly friendly, accommodating. The service was good!

My 1 night in London were perfectly pleasant. Hard-working and amiable people were working here. The room was nicely furnished and brand-new with wine, soft drinks, for instance, I felt comfortable there. It was very handy to have a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators.

I loved the great location close to central london as well as Airport. Also, the hotel was set relatively close to a royal museum.

The hotel's location was great and particularly good, so close to Paddington as well as Mayfair. Furthermore, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from an expansive park.

Amicable staff and new-fashioned rooms, we had a nice experience. We got a room with a bathtub. The breakfast had a good choice of selection, the food was excellent. There was free Wi-Fi in public areas and the service in general was good.

The breakfast offered plenty of brilliant meals. The room was well furnished and it had shower facilities and bath sheets, that's cool.

excellent service within 20 km of the airport. regards to your waitress. we had a vegetarian breakfast and loved the quality of the food. there were an individual safe, an iron and a study table in the room when we arrived.
