The hotel is fairly clean, has views to Sussex garden. Make sure to get single room with classy bedrooms and comfy bed. The location is magnificent and incredible, in an airconditioned conservatory.

Great setting, short walk to 4 restaurants close by Greek, fish and chips, Italian and a mixed style restaurant, public transport, station and Heathrow express and the train station and the neighborhood. Outstanding breakfasts by prior ordering.

Marvellous location right by a gorgeous tree lined boulevard, London for a ladies weekend and Heathrow express in a pretty comfortable area. Clean facilities and an outstanding and very good breakfast with orange juice and toast, for example.

Nice little accommodation with brilliant setting close enough to Paddington Station and also Hyde Park, which is a lovely walk through to the V & A Museum and Kensington Palace, and Paddington railway. Very very good selection at breakfast including muesli, cereals, coffee, croissants, and cheese.

Everything in this comfortable and reliable hotel was good, we really enjoyed it. The location in a busy area was great and fantastic. There was a nice restaurant just a pleasant stroll away from the venue. The check-in was efficient and the atmosphere was quiet overall.

Large bedroom. Sensational continental breakfast by prior ordering. Magnificent and perfect location in largely residential area, short walk to the Heathrow express and quick tube ride to Kings Cross train station, and Paddington Station and restaurants.

Was a lovely base for xmas. Overall had very pleasant stay for Second Time. The setting was magnificent, near tube stations Hyde park pubs, London and older properties and buses, stations, shops and restaurants. Westminster Borough district was definitely worth visiting. The food was freshly made, included muesli, cereal, croissants, and cheese.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was not good.

We got 5 nights in this quiet little and terrific hotel, greatly enjoyed it. We ate at a nice restaurant which delivers food ok. The airport was 20 km away from here, great location.

Glad I took guest room, it was modest and excellent sized. The location is very central, adjacent to Paddington Station and Healthrow Express, and Hyde Park and the Tube. And it's by Westbourne.

Really enjoyed the way our triple room with a bathtub was arranged. We had a delicious and very very good breakfast with orange juice and several options from eggs, for example, could find something for everyone.

I really enjoyed the hotel, it was luxury, clean and met expectations. Although some of the stuff where very rude, I had a very enjoyable short stay. The property had indeed a convenient location to canals beyond Paddington Station. Besides, an art museum was 2 km away from the property.

It had magnificent and fantastic location, just off Hyde Park, Paddington Station and various transport links, all the shops and restaurants around there, and Paddington trains. The breakfast was hearty and delicious with bananas and danishes, as example, no reason to complain.

This was a great location right by Kensington Gardens, local eateries and Paddingon and Hyde Park. Having breakfast with muesli, cereal, croissants, and cheese was a nice bonus. The staff was consistently courteous and the room was new-fashioned with exceptionally comfortable beds.

The location of this hotel really close to local landmarks, bus stops nearby and Hyde Park and Oxford street was magnificent and fantastic. The breakfast with tomatoes and fruits, for example was hearty and delicious, you’ll find what you need.

We ate in the nice restaurant for a light meal which was reasonably priced. It was neat and had a nice view to Sussex garden. Excellent location for visiting restaurants and pubs close to the hotel. Also, the area was largely residential.

Excellent and incredible location in a really nice area very accessible to Heathrow via the Heathrow express as well as two-three underground stations in walking distance and easy access to a market and shops. Fresh muesli, cereals, croissants, and cheese for breakfast.

The location was marvellous and brilliant close to all the sights. The rooms were surprisingly big and the English breakfast was outstanding.

Booked a room with good views to Sussex garden. That hotel was in a marvellous location, within walking distance of two other tube stops. The staff was obliging and responsive to what we asked for.

Terrific fairly clean hotel and staff was obliging. Our room was surprisingly big and surprisingly spacious and cleaned by Housekeeping. The selection of fresh muesli, cereals, croissants and cheese was a bonus. It was in a very central location, in an amazing location so close to walk to everything. It was also near to several bus stop and metro and railway station.

Reasonably priced place, had a really really nice stay for five nights. Had surprisingly big room complete with bathroom as well as great facilities. An electric kettle and a fridge were a huge plus.

Reliable and bright hotel managed by outstandingly accommodating people. The room was excellent sized and it had Wi-Fi and coffee. The bed was very comfy and the balcony had lovely views to Sussex garden.

The location was marvellous and stunning, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Marble Arch.

Airy room and best bathroom.

We didn't have time, but we would come here again. The hotel was fabulous and pleasant, as you can expect from London. This property had a very central position directly to the airport. Besides, it was next to Paddington and an outside restaurant and train station.

The hotel had a brilliant location just next door to Boy David Memorial. One of the advantages - immaculate rooms; they included shower facilities and bath sheets. The staff was cheerful.

The hotel is located easy walk to paddington. 10 minutes on foot from the subway. It was very close to the long water.

Enjoyed the hotel and its GREAT location. Fantastic touristic attractions like lancaster gate were next to this place. A good bed in our room.
