The room I booked was large with garden view. It was a comfortable and easy location close enough to shops and local transport links, the Thornton Heath train station, and public transport and food.

Everything was good, great staff made our stay nice. The rooms were extremely spacious and beds - exceptionally comfortable. The atmosphere created was family. Its excellent, central location was a plus. Also, it was 5 mins drive from Harmondsworth Moor.

The room we had included central heating, an iron and ironing board, and a coffee/tea maker. Overall it was big, with a private bathroom. This accommodation was in the central location very close to transport system.

Fairly clean place & welcoming staff. Freshly decorated and en suite room, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the room. Easy setting, near the Thornton Heath train station and bus stops.

Wi-Fi was slow.

The place was ideal and clean. Particularly good position close to Wireless festival, in the great area. Plus, walking distance to St Paul's Church.

A huge variety of food for breakfast, which was cheap to satisfy everyone. The staff were affable, good and magnificent location very close to transport system.

We lovely spend 1 night in Croydon. The room was a nice size with garden view, we had a good rest. Our location was comfortable outside of the city centre. Besides, this hotel was located 3 km away from Portland Place.

Comfortable location close to the train station and the room was freshly decorated. Had tea and goodies at Bonjour Brioche Wimbledon, nestled 1 km of the hotel.

Every visit to Croydon we like to stay here. Seems like a wonderful hotel, managed by an amenable staff. Make sure you stay in the family room with a double bed and garden view plus fresh bedding.

Everything is good, truly enjoyed my time here. The hotel offers great location close enough to nature, London and a train station. Also, its 3 km from Centrale Shopping Centre. Glad I took family room, it was fashionable and spacious. Private bathroom is particularly good.
