Absolutely friendly and affable people were working here. The hotel had a particularly good and incredible location, short walk from a subway station.

We were upgraded to single room on the higher floors on check in. The hotel was in the central setting on local eateries that people can go to for evening meals or breakfast. It was also adjacent to Hackney Central train station, pub and bus stops and tube station within a couple of minutes walk.

We had double room to ourselves with balcony, a great view, for example. The decor was beautiful and the staff were fabulously friendly and amicable.

There was restaurant Top Floor Cafe, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The location was great: a convenience shop and a local store were within walking distance. An underground station minutes away from the hotel, it was an extra bonus. We had a comfortable bedroom.

Café was perfect for breakfast. The staff was amazing and brilliant, they give us all the help. The venue was set in the central position just off local eateries that people can go to for evening meals and a poplar East End pub. It was just close to Hackney Empire Theatre.

The room was quiet and bright with large sash-type window partially obscured by the stonework of front elevation - thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was marvellous and lovely and walking distance to a garden and a park.

Bright and generally clean room with a balcony, a TV, and tea and coffee. Marvellous and lovely location - walking distance to eateries and a stadium. Besides, excellent for visiting Saint Mary's Cathedral.

Everyone from the stuff was affable. The location was absolutely perfect and excellant, you can visit Clapton Pond by walking. The hotel was near restaurants and pubs.

It's fairly quiet with clean bathrooms. The beds are exceptionally comfortable to sleep on.

All in all particularly good and fantastic setting near the redeveloped St Johns Churchyard and the railway station. A short walk from Mare Street and other tourist attractions.

This place was fine and the staff was amicable. I greatly enjoyed new-fashioned and en suite rooms with claw foot bath, a huge bathroom, for instance. The Irish bar was available on the premises.

Our stay was a fabulous experience. Great location to Stratford shopping centre, fantastic staff, everything was spotless. We had the double room and it was incredible with very comfy bed. Thoroughly enjoyed the café, where we had breakfasts.

Had really nice stay for 4 nights and the weather was mild. Appreciated the way our single room with a balcony was arranged. The hotel was set in a central area close to the shops, the pub. It also was to the Olympic Park stadium.
