The location is lovely and they have parking on-site. Excellent service, the breakfast is good hot.

We had a great and warm breakfast with yoghurt, very generous portions of good quality food and gluten free bread.

It has surprisingly quiet and decent setting in a leafy suburb of SE London.

Nice location in the lovely area, so close to the food area, a leafy suburb of SE London and a local pub for a change rather than somewhere civilised like a Premier Inn. Well-kept units with a very comfortable bed and outstandingly accommodating staff.

The rooms were comfortable quiet and stylish, with a balcony. I thoroughly enjoyed that there were tea and coffee making facilities, a balcony, and a hair dryer. I spent 2 nights and will be returning here soon.

Didn't like the area, it was very expensive.

The hotel's location was decent, near to Chislehurst / Bromley, the outskirts of London and the adjoining restaurant. The bedroom was functional and stylish.

It is an exceptionally comfortable property located in London Borough of Bromley district really close to the attached bar / restaurant, shopping areas and Chislehurst railway station.

As for me, the location was lovely and wonderful, just next door to Crown Inn, the many alternative restaurants and local attractions. After long day I visited Imperial Arms for a couple of drinks.

Relaxing bedroom.

Decent location in a rather lifeless area and top quality room, besides we had an absolutely stunning view. The breakfast was substantial and great, with a good choice of food options.

The place was ideal and had very pleasant and incredibly welcoming staff on shift, greatly enjoyed the stay. We had a large bedroom. The breakfast was nice hot and reasonably. The location was incredible - very close to a local pub and London and shopping areas. Besides, the property was 3 km away from Staines Moor Country Park.

Recently refurbished and comfortable quiet room with a nice views of the woods and quite comfortable experience. Good hot breakfast to start the day, great food.

The location it offers is quiet, near to pub for family celebration nearby fantastic, railway station and bus service, and the many alternative restaurants in the vicinity. The atmosphere of the hotel is contemporary.

Overall it was recently renovated, with a separate bathroom.

Surprisingly quiet position to Royal Parade with good selection of restaurants.

The beds were extremely comfy and the double room itself was recently refurbished and high-class.

The location was ideal and magnificent, short walk to pub / restaurant, the large garden and outer London. Tried some nice meals at Bengal Lancer, located a short walk from the hotel. The room was well-kept, we enjoyed a luxury bathroom in it.

The location seemed particularly good and stunning to Chislehurst railway station. We truly enjoyed the room, it was newly remodelled and had coffee/tea making machines, a balcony, and a hair dryer. The staff there were amazingly nice and accommodating.

The location was unbeatable to Royal Parade with good selection of restaurants, an easy walk to St Nicholas Church. It was also very close to central London too, a local pub for a change rather than somewhere civilised like a Premier Inn and the food area.

Handy location adjacent to the outskirts of London as well as the caring staff all observing COVID-19 restrictions. Also, in pub for family celebration nearby fantastic.

The total stay was very nice on this excellent visit. The facilities were good too.

Everyone we met from the staff was patient. The breakfast was satisfactory and substantial with yoghurt, ham and cheese, and the English bar was a plus.

Liked this small hotel, and we will be back. The location was magnificent and decent and our room was luxurious. We tried some restaurants, including Quattordici which boasted an appetising cuisine.

The property's location was marvellous, helpful in phoning for a taxi etc. I tried some drinks at bar Imperial Arms, located 10 minutes walk away. The luxury double room was immaculate, extremely comfy bed. The breakfast was hot with different options, with lots of superb options.

The units are cool, neat with ample storage space, a balcony, fireplace.

Homey fairly clean hotel with welcoming staff who made the stay a very nice experience. Neat room with separate bathroom and iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a TV. Substantial options at breakfast.

We ate at Walnuts Cafe Bistro, which is only 600 m away, it suited our needs. We enjoyed crown inn so we would love to stay here again.
