Well-mannered staff in basic hospitality and nothing was trouble for them.

There was a little lumpy bed in my room.

The double room with fridge, complimentary water, as for instance. What an efficient staff. Central location, at a walking distance from landscaped gardens.

Can be described as a perfect experience, recommend. The venue is fairly clean and fairly large with particularly helpful and attentive staff members. It's a well-run hotel in a fantastic location adjacent to the centre of the pretty Dulwich village as well as a taxi. Quadruple room is nicely furnished, has a good-sized bathroom. The service is great, includes free parking. In fact, there is wifi throughout the property.

Tbh, had a very nice stay which was excellent value. The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were really good and exceptional. The hotel was in the central setting to a great Italian restaurant called Rocco.

The bedroom was large and recently renovated. Nice view of the garden, thoroughly enjoyed it. In general the staff were amazing friendly and affable. Friendly service was provided here. Moreover, we parked the car on-site.

Enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was hearty and excellent with coffee provided, and the staff were excellent.

It is well priced. The rooms are top-class with ac, everything is fantastic. Amazing dishes can be found in the casual restaurant.

The restaurant was pleasant with original menu, we ordered warm dishes. The location turned out to be marvellous. There were a bakery and shops around the hotel.

Came in London to relax and have fun, this boutique hotel was superb base for doing it. We had family room, and it was newly renovated.

The location was unbeatable, only a short distance to Herne Hill Velodrome. You could walk to a bakery and shops. The room was beautifully decorated and had a nice design.

Everything was first-class, including its family atmosphere. The room I had was great-sized with comfortable bed, AC, as example. The staff were amicable and efficient and the location was incredible in a lovely pub in an excellent location.

I ate at a particularly good restaurant with original menu. The hotel was in a good and perfect location, nearby a bus stop.

They placed us in a double room which was high-class and nicely refurbished. The efficient staff gave us a nice welcome. Greatly enjoyed the location in pub or restaurant.

I was here for 1 night and ate at casual restaurant with original menu. The accommodation had a central location in the centre of Dulwich Village-handy for getting lovely bread for breakfast from Gail's or snacks from grocery shops nearby.

Clean and wonderful place and the breakfast was hearty. The rooms were air conditioned and beautifully maintained with a bath, the cupboard, for instance, just what was needed.

The bed was good, the room was not only air conditioned, but also newly remodelled. The service was excellent and the food was great.

Excellent value and well-equipped hotel with incredible location near to public transport. High-class units on the first level and highly efficient staff.

I had the quadruple room, it was high standard and nicely furnished. The location was beautiful, near overland station and the interior design was nice. It was also next to parks, shops and bakeries, and the centre of London.

Extremely convenient place if you stay for one night. The units are recently refurbished, high-class with a bath and a continental breakfast. The location is marvellous and good, 3 km from Brixton Academy. There is a NICE restaurant just a pleasant stroll away from hotel. The restaurant serves hot Greek food.
