Perfect position near attractions: Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall, Westfield, and Westfield shopping centre which has about 50 restaurants and stays open until 10pm, and nicely decorated room. Plus, walking distance to Robert Dundas.

The location is amazing, and the staff is very-very nice and courteous. A nice touch is also the good beverages in the main bar.

Comforts of deluxe king room with good shower were fabulous. The staff was outstandingly accommodating plus the location was perfect and excellent. It took me 10 mins to get to the bus station.

The experience was very very good and I would love to come back. It was in a very central location, easy to reach the centre by bus or taxi. Had tea and goodies at George's Cafe, nestled 1 km of the hotel. The staff were decent and lively throughout my visit.

Our food for English breakfast was good and all the staff were absolutely excellent and amazing friendly. Loved a storage, coffee/tea makers, and a new carpet in the room. The hotel was set in a very central area close enough to an easy ten minute walk to the Design Museum, the main attractions and taxi or Uber. Plus, a Japanese garden was not very far from the venue.

The location offered was perfect not far from the centre by bus, local pubs and attractions : Kensington Gardens. Luckily it was close to Romulo Cafe & Restaurant, had pastries there when it was terribly hot outside.

Pleasant small hotel, worth its 4 stars. Very-very nice stuff onsite. Fresh and appetising food. The location wonderful and excellant to Euston station too. And not far from the centre by bus or taxi, Kensington Gardens and the Royal Albert Hall. Great way to end our trip.

The fact that Kensington tube station was some 5 minutes away was a plus. The room was good little and well-appointed with enormous thick, tea tray, coffee machine, and all other comforts.

I had real good days staying at this small hotel. The place was fairly clean, I booked the double room with city views, everything was perfect. Competent team, they made me feel welcome. The location was central, unbeatable in a quiet area.

It had very central location close to Olympia London. And it was also really close to Olympia, a different pub, and central London.

Big rooms and helpful staff. Found a place called Hare&tortoise, set metres from the hotel, ate there a few times.

Our stay here was GOOD, brilliant base for exploring London. A great bar does the trick. Rooms were very clean and had a modern bath.
