Newly remodelled and excellant quality venue, unbeatable location close to the park-5-8 minute walk, where u can also find restaurants and restaurant, loved our stay.

The weather was particularly warm, had comfortable stay for one night. This hotel was set in a very central area so close to shop, tube and Paddington Station. It also was between two train stations within walking distance.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

Compact units for a chair at the table. An air conditioner, a safe, and an iron — very useful.

Nice quiet area, very central location not far from Bayswater on Gloucester Terrace as well as the Lancaster Gate station on the Central Line. Besides, very convenient to Duke of Wellington Statue.

The hotel was in an easy location near Paddington, tube and Hyde Park and Paddington for what we wanted it for. The atmosphere created was family. The room was beautifully designed with best bathroom and climate control, a kettle and a personal safe.

It was a really nice time staying at this fancy and cute hotel. We liked a safe box, central heating and an iron. Besides, the location was marvellous for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Victoria and Albert Museum. Got ironing free of charge, not bad too😃🙂

Reception staff had a real "can do" approach. Room was best value. Greatly enjoyed being at walking distance from lancaster gate subway station. Moreover, bonus was free Wi-Fi.
