The Cranley Hotel

Here I spent 2 nights and loved being in this place. The hotel was gorgeous and the location was great and incredible so close to Close to public transport, local restaurants, and South Kensington in 5minutes. Though the bed was very poor quality, it was wonderful stay.

The location was pretty bad, it's a pitty.

The view was great and the staff were competent and well-trained. They had a continental breakfast that included toast and cereal.

It had a huge variety of meals for breakfast, including toast and cereals.

Well, the area was bustling overall.

Have spent our 1 night here lovely, it was perfect for us. The bedroom was double superior and romantic. The staff were super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating. There was a relaxing bar on site.

The staff were competent and well-trained, everything was very comfortable. The hotel was set in a central area very close to a nightclub, London to a heatwave after a whole day travelling to find that the A/C was down and the artwork.

It's airy with very comfy beds and exceptionally good views.

Liked our 1 night stay. Staff were supper friendly, room was lovely little and extremely pleasant. We had a lovely big bedroom. The very good service and the attention to detail! Early check-in was a bonus.

Nicely decorated and good standard venue, absolutely perfect location just next door to RAH and museums, a tube station which had great connections to the rest of the city and Kensington and Knightsbridge, loved our stay. We tried brilliant toast and cereals for continental breakfast.

We asked for superior queen room and it was neat with amazing view.

The breakfast was delicious, the check in was early. I got complimentary classic room with amazing view as an upgrade, nice gesture. The food was great and the bar was amazing.

I loved toast and cereals for English breakfast, overall the food was well presented. The superior king room was airy, it included air conditioning, a mobile, and an iron.

The bathroom was a bit tired, I didn't like it.

The location was MARVELLOUS to a local coffee shop. Adequate and exceptionally good units by open window, truly enjoyed it.

The superior king room was vintage and tidy with the radiators on and Aircon. The location in a very quiet area was great and lovely. Cafe Zanelli's Sandwich Bar located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Loved my such wonderful stay on a business trip. The staff was welcoming and enthusiastic, everything was excellent. They offered lots of options for English breakfast. The room was vintage and tidy, the location was amazing very central. Moreover, the hotel was a 10-15 minute walk from Victoria and Albert Museum.

Top quality and luxurious venue, handy location next to tubes and lots of restaurants and bars near by, subway and the metro station of Gloucester Road. Especially helpful personnel at the staff member and brilliant food. Toast and cereal provided.

Definitely, there was receptionist missing, we were a little disappointed.

Stayed in delightful king room with cheap wine, unfluffed pillows plus the bath. The lovely staff truly made me feel welcome. The location was brilliant and amazing, near an underground station.

We thoroughly enjoyed the comforts of this trendy boutique hotel. It was fairly clean, double superior and attractive room. The staff, everyone, was polite. Had hot coffee and tea in the coffee bar.

This interesting hotel occupies a new building in the traditional style. Make sure to get superior double room with the terrasse and a four poster bed plus big bath. There is lots of brilliant food for breakfast. Our property is set in a very central location close to Kensington and local shops.

Brilliant location, rooms were exceptional. Had tea and goodies at Zanelli's Sandwich Bar, nestled 1 km of the hotel. The restaurant was nice for dinner and breakfast here, I had excellent dishes. Lovely bed and pillows, there were an individual safe, central heating and an ironing set available.

By and large, it was characterful base for sightseeing in London, had much fun. All of the staff was charming and kind. They provided plenty of brilliant choices for breakfast that was included. The location of the hotel was very central, near to London, the Royal Albert Hall, tube. It also was in a beautiful area.

We really enjoyed it. Spend our time here greatly. They serve breakfast for 10 gbp per person per day. Comfy beds in our executive suite.

the hotel was very clean. comfortable beds in our room. we had an opportunity to explore royal albert hall as it's set 15 minutes' walk away. venue was next to a metro station.

Nam Long le Shaker served dishes within 300 feet off the hotel. Great location to explore London. 25 minutes' drive to the airport. It was definitely 4 stars for us.
