The place was pleasant and fairly clean. The staff were amazingly kind and exceptional, gave us great tips. The hotel was in a particularly good location, to the Italian Gardens cafe. The bar was pleasant. It was a really lovely experience.

Really had good stay in September. Magnificent and stunning location the next subway station is within walking distance in a truly beautiful area. Again, walking distance to Dean Village. A decent size room, cheap with a dated bathroom.

The hotel was in the central setting in a great neighborhood. The bedroom was bright and new-fashioned.

I greatly enjoyed that the room was beautifully presented and well priced with bath. Butter, cereal, jam, fruit, and cheese at the bar were fabulous.

This was a marvellous and amazing location adjacent to the Hyde Park and South Kensington. They offered us heated and spacious rooms with balconies overlooking Hyde Park, large bathroom plus 3 single beds.

Had tidy room with 3 single beds and balconies, and protected with smoke detectors. Everything seemed great, clean.

It's extremely spacious with clean bathrooms. Great to have coffee, a TV set, and a hair dryer. The location is marvellous and stunning in a very nice area.

The single room was modern and had all that we needed. The hotel was situated in the central location near a train station as well as bus stop.

I stayed for 3 nights here and had a great time. There were super breakfasts with boiled eggs, a sweet pastry and good coffee and the location was great.

Tbh, had a wonderful stay for my business trip. The location was amazing and lovely in a very beautiful area, not far from close to the underground station Lancaster Gate, and Lancaster Gate underground station and bus stations. Also, Peter Pan Statue was at a short distance.

We had a comfortable 2 nights stay. The location was magnificent and fantastic, walk from a tube station. Also, it was a 10-15 minute walk from an expansive park. We appreciated this staying.

The breakfast was super with a sweet pastry, good coffee, boiled eggs, and the staff were nice. The bedroom was new-fashioned and heated. That hotel was in a great and fantastic location, to Oxford street.

The hotel was located in a great place, walk from a tube station. Westminster Borough district was worth staying in.

This location was great, near to Oxford Street as well as the nearest underground station. Plus, I was within easy walking distance of Western Approaches Museum.

Booked it for 2 days and had a comfortable experience. The location was marvellous with an underground station walk from the accommodation. I appreciated the hotel overall.

We liked the convenience of the guest room available with balconies as well as large bathroom. There was lots of great meals. It was in a central setting close to the tube.

You guys made my stay wonderful. I greatly enjoyed the bar during the breakfast. The location was amazing and lovely, on the bus routes, and my bed was very comfy. Also, the place was at a medium distance from Duke of Wellington Statue.

Well, it was an enjoyable stay in September. Its location was incredible, right by underground, and the Victoria and Albert memorial and museums. Also, a Hyde park was 2 km away.

We think it's a fabulous base for staying in London. The venue is placed in a central position near a train station as well as bus stop.

All in all everything was perfectly fine, had an enjoyable stay for my business trip. It was based in very beautiful building in a magnificent and stunning location, in a calm neighbourhood. Moreover, it was very close to Bayswater and South Kensington as well as the centre, close to the underground station Lancaster Gate as well as to Kensington Garden.

Good service was provided. Late check-out was useful. The location was good and excellent, near a garden and a park. The food they offered was great, had a huge variety of meals.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The location was marvellous and fantastic, near to Lancaster Gate subway station that's on the Central Line, underground, bus, restaurangs and shops and central London, in a beautiful area.

Plus, the location is marvellous and stunning, minutes from a royal museum. The stuff is nice and exceptional.

Our accommodation was set in a central location near tube station, the Central Line, and Hyde Park.

The room was reasonably spacious and cheap and I loved the traditional-style building. The hotel had a great position, on the edge of Hyde Park.

Sincerely, it was a nice stay in September. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was fab! There were comfy beds and central heating, an electronic key card and a TV set inside the room.

Great prices, everything exceeded all expectations. Everything was fine and lots to do. The accommodation had a central location close to attractions. The rooms were cheap and fine and equipped with updated decoration, locked window, as example.

the breakfast was included, that was a bonus. i booked a room with a nice bed, central heating, an electronic key card and a tv set. the experience was such wonderful and i would stay here again.

Overall it was tidy and heated with bath. The service was good, including courteous staff and a cosy bar. Could use their good parking. We enjoyed the breakfast.

The total stay was good for my business trip. The room with 3 single beds. Shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath sheets were very handy. A bus stop was near the property.

Breakfast was GOOD, staff were helpful, location was Amazing. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.
