The admirable service and the attention to detail! Overall it was great-sized and contemporary, with an open bathroom.

Everything was perfect, magnificent location really close to Paddington and Notting Hill Gate, 3 tube stations and so many London attractions, competent staff. The room we had was extremely pleasant and brand-new, came with a kitchenette in a cupboard, cluttered, for instance. A refrigerator and a microwave oven were very handy. The service here was excellent. Besides, parking was available nearby.

Very convenience location, an easy walk to everywhere. Besides, excellent for visiting a publicly owned art museum.

A little unfriendly staff!

It boasts a perfect location; short walk to the Bayswater tube station and Queensway street where one can find plenty of grocery stores, mobile providers, pharmacy and souvenirs as well as Close to Hyde Park. Westminster Borough district is absolutely worth visiting.

Lots of goodies for breakfast.

I would say it's fine base for staying and exploring London. They have a coffee bar.

The location was perfect and easy there, very close to Bayswater tube station snd the 205 bus route to Kings Cross train station. The competent and amazingly efficient staff members were ready to help.

We were in a decent location a 10-15 minute walk from Little Venice.

Had a very good stay for one night, glad I've chosen it. The staff were ready to help with any questions. The location in a very very nice area was ideal and easy and there were chemist's and a supermarket nearby. Also, the hotel had quick access to Bayswater.

Location: the hotel was near Oxford Street and Hyde Park as well as Paddington Station, which is the best way into London from Heathrow. The personnel were ready to help and they provided an exceptional service. The food was nice, reasonably priced.

Actually, Wi-Fi was very poor and our bed was a little small.

The hotel was situated near to bayswater and also we could visit westminster. One of the dining options, Bella Italia was 10 mins walk away. Lovely building.

The hotel was adjacent to paddington and you can walk to kensington palace. The staff was PLEASANT - we would love to stay here again. 800 feet away there is Gold Mine, where you can dine.
