The bedroom was spacious and fantastic. The bathroom was nice, included a shower, a hair dryer, and fresh towels.

The studio suite we stayed in were quiet with a garden view.

Huge hotel units with the 2nd bed. A wide range of appetising food. The central location close to a tube station.

The hotel was a relaxing base for enjoying a secure area, just off Hyde park and Queensway tube station, and restaurantes, supermarkets and all the necessary stores. The staff was superfriendly, took good care of everyone. Overall it was fairly quiet with 3 beds.

Its location was great, to two different lines subway stations. The staff was affable, exceptionally polite. The bedroom was fairly quiet and new-fashioned.

Offers marvellous and unbeatable location in a safe area. I have stayed in the single room with 3 beds.

It was in the central location close to many shops plus various restaurants. The breakfast had a good choice of selection, the food was good.

The hotel location was great and amazing close to EVERYTHING. The food provided for breakfast was good. The staff were pleasant without being intrusive.

Big size and new-fashioned room with a garden view. Central heating, an iron and ironing board, and a TV available. Excellent ideal location, in the city center of London. Also - short walk to underground and the near by restaurant.

Neat and new-fashioned rooms available with the bedroom, lovely bed, for instance. With a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge. Good location, close to Kensington Market.

We would recommend the place and would love to come back here some time. They have a wide array of meals to choose from, the food is REASONABLY PRICED.

Had a really comfortable time. It had central location close to Kensington Market. It was about 20 km from the airport.

I have stayed here before, it's still a nice little hotel. I lovely spend 4 nights in London. The personnel was super-friendly as expected. The breakfast offered plenty of delicious meals. The location was magnificent and nice, right by Hyde Park and two tube stations, the near by restaurant, and the tube, a sainsbury's, a Tesco, and beautiful Hyde Park.

Great and perfect location right at city centre and easy access to a supermarket and shops. Besides, excellent for visiting Bayswater. Quiet and bright room, a shower, a hair dryer and fresh towels in the room.

The rooms where huge for the 2nd bed, the staff were pleasant. It had plenty of facilities, including a fridge, a microwave oven and a kettle etc. Just 5 minutes on foot to Queensway underground, was a big plus.

everything in the hotel was amazing and met requirements. the place had a quiet atmosphere. the room was new-fashioned and bright and come with an iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and television. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were pleasant and welcoming. the location was strategic, within easy walking distance of a kensington palace.

Clean hotel in a newly renovated building next to Kensington Gardens as well as Hyde park and Queensway tube station. Unbeatable and magnificent location, to 2 tube stations. Situated only 1 km from a Kensington palace.

Fairly clean place accompanied by welcoming staff. 20 km away from London City airport.

There was no lift.

Loved spending my time in this clean low budget hotel. I stayed at the double room with street view. Having shower facilities, a hairdryer and fresh towels was a bonus. I had a very comfortable experience and will be back.

Some people working there were very unhelpful.

Studio suite had a very comfy bed. We were in a marvellous and brilliant location within walking distance of a royal museum.
