Fab brilliant location, close to everything for the things we had planned. Again, not far from St Johns Market. Immaculate unit with bath.

The venue was exceptionally clean and good-sized. A nice size units with a magnificent view over the roof top.

Outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice stuff members, with great service. Very impressed with the absolutely fabulous view from our deluxe king room. Very central location in the business district of East London.

Marvellous and fab location for rest, all was great. Also, we were at a walking distance from Tooley Street. The double room was perfect, had exceptionally good views. A flat-screen TV, a Nespresso machine, and a hair dryer turned out to be good.

Spotlessly clean property with modern design, and free of charge continental breakfast. Unbeatable, decent location very close to the Tower of London area, the Underground and trains, the restaurant on the evening of arrival and 2 underground stops. Besides, very convenient to a sculpture gallery. The perfect ambiance in the beer bar.

Convenient location close enough to bus station & Aldgate station and 2 major tube stations with great value and very well decorated rooms. Again, not far from a vastly entertaining and educational museum.

Well, it was a very special stay for one night as a business trip. It had absolutely perfect location, just next door to the tower and other attractions, local attractions and transport.

The staff were poorly trained, didn't expect that coming.

Charming staff, good views of the London skyline, everything is great. We stay in deluxe double room quite often, it is absolutely spotless and huge. The downstairs bar makes the complementary drinks.

The hotel was in an excellent location next to cenotaph London and the too and the Thames river. The staff were really helpful and top-class all the time. Greatly enjoyed the deluxe king room I was given, it had a coffeemaker, an air conditioner, and a kettle.

The hotel was great value for money. The place was clean, I booked the double room with roof top views, everything was great. I was here for 3 nights and ate at lobby restaurant for my welcome dinner.

The personnel was outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally nice. It was a good and absolutely perfect location for us, next to Buckingham Palace as well as the restaurant on two occasions. It was just 1 km from Heron Tower.

The breakfast is extensive and warm served with eggs cooked to order and eggs benedict. Good and perfect setting, it's just next door to yards from Parliament, the underground, London Tower and Tower bridge and the airport.

The breakfast was fresh with cooked offering, a full English or salmon plus nice croissants and the ambiance was perfect! The location was perfect and quiet for London, next to the business district on the one side and the underground Circle Line.

Liked this hotel, had pleasant experience. We ate at a CLEAN restaurant for dinner or breakfast. The location was excellent and unbeatable: a shopping mall and a market were within walking distance. It was across the lovely quiet area.

Appreciated my extra special stay during tbe Easter holidays. The folks working here were top-class. The restaurant was really nice for dinner or breakfast here, I had excellent dishes. The beds were comfortable and all in all it was stocked.
