The location is fantastic and perfect, to the National Gallery. There is a good choice of outstanding food for breakfast.

Traditional hotel with a very good service. Magnificent view at the green park and good-sized and extremely pleasant room. An unbeatable and amazing location close to restaurants and pubs. Found in a really comfortable area. Also close to an underground station.

Had a very nice stay for a business trip, everything was nice. The breakfast selection was large with all options. Appreciated our double room with twin beds, a view all over London plus good pillows. Competent and excellent staff that liked their guests. We walked everywhere, the location was fantastic and wonderful, close to the theatre.

Location: absolutely perfect and amazing, adjacent to the tube and the main spots in London as well as the Shopping district. Hot breakfast with plenty of great foods.

Top quality hotel with well-trained personnel and astonishing view over green park. Convenient and really handy location just next door to Leicester Square and the theatres, walking distance of Piccadilly, theatres, shopping, restaurants and conveniences and both good sized supermarkets.

Great way to end our trip. It is well-maintained hotel with a view over the green park. Quiet and really handy location in a perfect area, next to Oxford as well as all the restaurants. Besides, very convenient to Green Park.

The restaurant food is good, and the breakfast offered is substantial with pastries, very good fresh fruit, well cooked products. The setting is easy and convenient, near to the piccadilly circus, and the centre of " tourist " London. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the friendly professional staff.

We had a comfortable bedroom. The location was very central, really close to most attractive sites in London, Piccadilly in under 30 seconds and the neighbouring Fortnum & Mason store and other London landmarks beyond.

Some of the staff were very rude.

The hotel is exceptional and exceptionally clean, has absolutely stunning views over green park. An executive double room has basic facilities you need. It's brand-new and bathroom includes a bath.

Good hot and substantial breakfast with a good choice of options to choose from. Location short walk to Buckingham Palace, the Parliament and Westminster Abbey, tourist attractions and National Gallery.

My suite and bed were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel was situated in the very central location easy to get to from the tube. Plus, Oxford Street was at a short distance from the venue.

Appreciated it. The hotel was trendy boutique, spent my time lovely here. Staff were very attentive, room was well decorated. The restaurant was good for both dinner and breakfast, I tried excellent dishes. The location was absolutely perfect; close to a theatre and a palace. Irish bar was fantastic.

This place is nicely appointed and nice looking and the staff are extremely polite. The rooms are brand-new and functional here with air con breakfast, which was kind, as example. The location is very central. A tapas restaurant serves brilliant food.

Large and perfect breakfast to star a day with pastries. Perfect and particularly good spot short walk to all the restaurants. Again, walking distance to a Trafalgar Square art museum.

Peaceful and handy location in the center of St James area on Jermyn Street, elegant style building. Based short walk to Mayfair for boutique shopping and high end dining out. A nice size room with a coffeemaker, climate control, and an iron, and astonishing view over green park from it.

Our room was new-fashioned, beautifully maintained with a Nespresso machine, an iron, and a heating system, had a very enjoyable experience.

Exceptional trendy boutique hotel with fair value, we had a real good stay. The location was convenient and really handy in a fantastic area, close enough to central London's attractions, the restaurant well managed by the bubbly Amanda and other London landmarks.

Overall it was double superior with nice bathroom products.

My executive queen room was brand-new & functional. The location was comfortable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Buckingham Palace. I ate at the tapas restaurant near the property.

Liked the executive double room I had with a king size bed, bedroom, for example. Italian cuisine was served in the tapas restaurant.

The location of the hotel was easy, in the best area. Westminster Borough district was worth exploring. The view from our executive double room was stunning. It had very good facilities in the bathroom: a shower, a hairdryer and dressing gowns.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

The staff were competent and exceptionally helpful and the location was ideal in the pub next door. Moreover, it was very close to the Houses of Parliament.

Fashionable, decent size room complete with the air conditioning, great views plus a king size bed overlooking the rear of Fortnum. The Michelin-starred restaurant is pleasant, serves hot dishes.

All in all, it's special place that has hospitable staff at all times. Close to most sightseeings, the location is perfect very close to London as well as theatres. Don't forget to explore Westminster Borough district.

In an incredible and brilliant location close to restaurants and a circus. Adequate, compact unit with a queen bed and generous bathroom for central London plus lovely shower.

The units are compact, luxurious with toiletries as well as high floors. Plus, the location is easy and handy, minutes from a buzzing Theatre-district square.

The location was easy, you can visit a red brick Tudor royal residence by walking. The restaurant was wonderful for both dinner and breakfast, we ordered appetising dishes. Attentive and knowledgeable staff and everything was very good.

I would recommend the place. It was truly a really nice stay on vacation, the hotel exceeded all expectations. I was offered a room with magnificent views to town. The venue was in a stunning location near major landmarks and London. The tapas restaurant served plenty of DECENT food.

By and large, it was good home base for sightseeing in London, had much fun and met pleasant and consistently courteous staff from staff members. Executive queen room I stayed at was luxurious. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the balcony had great views. The location was marvellous, close to Green Park. The hotel was in a pretty nice area. The facilities were great too.

Early check-in and late check-out, parking onsite. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

The location was marvellous for walking around a buzzing Theatre-district square. Moreover, it's close enough to all major attractions and London and the center of the west end of London. We have spent 4 days in executive double room with superb views and the bedroom.

The place is stylish and overall clean, everything is really good, it should have higher than 4 star rating. The service is very good, includes great parking. Great to have wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The location is incredible and easy, 1 km from Soho. And its around 10-15 minutes walk from downtown.

We had a wonderful time in this classy hotel in London. Unbeatable location to central tourist area, all was amazing. Had alcoholic drinks in the Irish bar in the evening. The room was neat and compact, and the bed was extremely comfy, would stay here again.

One could dine at restaurants such as Wiltons 15 minutes away. Beautiful tourist attractions like piccadilly circus were not far from the accommodation. Definitely would love to go back. We liked the fact that we chose cavendish london...

The staff was professional, the location was perfect! There were nice tourist destinations like trafalgar square next to this hotel. The breakfast was lovely, as always.
