The place was impeccably clean with a top-class and responsive staff with Duty Manager. Ate at the in-house restaurant for dinner.

Came here for 6 nights with my 2 month old baby, had a great stay. The most important was the staff - exceptional and pleasant people. The room was spotless, immaculate, it had a couch and a carpet.

I appreciated suite with comfortable bed. The hotel was placed in the central location to the nearest underground station.

Stayed here during our trip, it was a lovely experience. The soft drinks in cocktail bar were very welcome.

Had good stay for a short business trip and the weather was lovely. We ate at a fantastic restaurant for dinner. The location was fantastic and the stuff was top-class during the whole stay! Besides, Princes Street Gardens was 2 km away from the property.

Its incredible, central location was a plus. The room was nicely furnished and there were facilities, including a coffee table, a couch, and a hair dryer. Overall the service was good.

The hotel is luxury and intimate with best employees at the reservation. Stunning location for visiting pubs and cafés. Besides, easy to get to Bond Street.

Traditional hotel in a really quiet area just next door to a quite square as well as the centre of London. Reasonably priced food at the in-house restaurant.

Brilliant and fairly clean hotel, pleasant views of the park. Marvellous and fab location in proper restaurant, easy to get around. Based just off the hyde park, regent st, and oxford st as well as the Subway. Extremely spacious room with a storage, armchairs, and a couch for a great stay. Tasty breakfast with various food choices.

Luxurious hotel with fantastic location to the night club of "Funky Buddha ", and the breakfast was free of charge. The units were brand-new and the staff were especially helpful people in staff members.

Its location was magnificent, just off most things as well as good transport links for the Central and Circle lines. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the triple room where breakfast is taken. I was there for 1 night and would have stayed for longer.

This accommodation had a central setting in the center. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Turner Bar. We stayed in junior suite with good size bathroom. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher were a plus.

Staff is always polite and welcoming and you can park your car onsite.

The venue is big and exceptionally clean with an excellent value and especially helpful staff. Make sure you stay in the double room in sockets. It was nice to have a coffee table, a sofa set, and a hair dryer in my room.

In overall, the place is nicely decorated, has genuinely helpful and very friendly staff in staff members. A double room with a view has basic facilities you need. The restaurant is cheap for dinner.

The bathrooms are very small.

Luxury accommodation with excellent location close to the shopping centre. Good service, free of charge and savoury breakfast with tasteless oranges in watered down juice, hashbrowns and rolls.

Had a very very good time. Everything there were perfect, including very good facilities. Its location was central, a short way from Grosvenor Square. You could walk to shopping malls and a market. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was cheap for dinner.

Ideal central location next to parks, shops, restaurants, churches, theatres and places of interest as well as close to Oxford Street. It also was to Oxnard st with access to the buses or tube.

Luxury hotel, it has great views and amazing location to the hetic night life we endured we missed breakfast on both mornings. The rooms are brand-new and air conditioned, have hypoallergenic pillows and feather pillows. The staff are top-class and exceptionally attentive. The breakfast in the café is free of charge and savoury. Offers good service and tasty food. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Hotel's room was a nice size with a magnificent view to the park.

The restaurant was CHEAP for dinner, I tried amazing dishes. The staff were attentive, the room was air-conditioned. The location was perfect: supermarkets and shops were within walking distance. Having different strong drinks in the piano bar was a very nice touch.

Double superior and huge unit with breakfast. Location so close to Mayfair, subway, and restaurants. Nearby Connaught Bar - great place to chill out.

The location was unbeatable for walking around Selfridges London Department Store. This hotel was located in a nice quiet area. The restaurant was good for dinner here, I had amazing dishes.

Had a great stay for a business trip. We had the suite provided with access to the club lounge, shower plus breakfast is taken. Enjoyed our stay...

The staff we met were quite rude.

The location is marvellous and brilliant, 1 km from a Hyde park. It's based in good area, to all the sight seeing.

The venue is placed in a central position in the heart of London. The hotel staff is welcoming and polite. Would stay here again for tasty breakfast.
