Reasonably clean intimate accommodation with ideal location in black cab on rate3 top rate and brilliantly helpful staff.

I've had a very special stay for our London visit. Every detail was amazing and I really enjoyed it.

The staff were ready to help and provided lots of information.

Its location in a good neighborhood was particularly good. All the staffs were outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice. The bedroom was functional and compact.

I had a nice stay in a long time. Everything was perfect during 2 days, really enjoyed its great location right by Victoria's Theatres, all the major tourist sites and the palace, the center and 2 minutes walk from the train station Victoria.

Truly enjoyed the room with another bed added, my bed was very comfy.

I asked for double room and it was neat and cheap on the lower floors. The decor was cosy and the staff were pleasant. The location was great and absolutely perfect for exploring this very quite area, just off England by ship, restaurants in the area and trains.

The staff was fairly friendly - we would stay here again. Everything was amazing, really enjoyed our very special stay. The location close to the train station was magnificent and fantastic, most places in London were within reach.

Everyone was amazingly nice and superfriendly. It was in a marvellous and incredible location an easy walk to Sainsbury's.

Overall I spent my time lovely. Exceptionally helpful, attentive staff were ready to help. All the dishes were fresh, nevertheless you can visit nearby Century.

We both liked it, the place is nicely appointed and suited fine. We had a sunny bedroom. The location turned out to be comfortable.

Marvellous location in a really quiet area adjacent to Gatwick airport, close to train and the palace, the center and 2 minutes walk from the train station Victoria. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Longford Pump. Spotless room with another bed added, good offer. A safe, central heating, and an iron in the bedroom.

The location was convenient for first time visitors to London. The staff were ready to help and provided a nice breakfast with lovely coffee machine and toast, as for instance.

Quirky place overall, it is fairly clean, location is great and lovely anywhere on the underground.

Particularly good and perfect location, reasonably clean and stylish place. Great modern units with table and chairs, another bed added and a lovely balcony, SUPERFRIENDLY employees. Convenient decoration.

The breakfast was nice with toast and lovely coffee machine, as for instance, the staffing teams were pleasant. The setting was magnificent, just off the Victoria Palace theatre, and several good restaurants. Spent our evenings in nearby Century, especially when it was hot outside.

Nicely decorated trendy boutique place, it has lovely location very close to the coach station, trainstation, restaurants, bars and sightseeing, trains, and most major sites. Would come here again, I really enjoyed the hotel.

The food was freshly made and the staff were outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice. I had a double room it was well-appointed. I really enjoyed staying at this location - very central position next to the theatres and Victoria Rail Station, and the palace, the center and 2 minutes walk from the train station Victoria.

It is a cute little property located in Westminster Borough district next to two stations, Victoria railway station and Buckingham Palace.

We would recommend it. Quaint venue, excellent location near to Victoria Coach Station, restaurants in the area and London's landmarks and London's tourist attractions, appreciated our stay.

The room we booked was tastefully decorated and great modern with a double bed, great views, for instance as advertised.

Stayed in well-equipped family room on the lower floors. Its location was ideal, just next door to local attractions and travel with Victoria station jsut a minute away, trains and tube and buses and the theatre.

Everything was amazing, no complaints whatsoever, I totally recommend it. Had a good stay for one night. The food was fresh - a great selection of options. The staff were ready to help to solve any kind of issue. The location was incredible, next to London during a hot spell, Victoria and tube station. After long day I visited Tozi Restaurant & Bar for a couple of drinks.

The venue was set in the very central position not far from London.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

I have stayed in twin room for 1 night, it was complete with a lovely balcony, a single bed and table and chairs. The food was freshly made and the staff were ready to help.

The hotel was reasonably clean and quaint with free wi-fi. I liked the family room. The bed was very clean and there were central heating, an iron and an electronic key card. The staff of the property were ready to help. Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Sloane Square was amazing. Actually everything was lovely, my next choice again in London.

Every time in London, I choose this place. The place is clean and quaint. The staff are exceptional and welcoming and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Make sure you stay in the double room with great views.

The atmosphere created was family.

Stylish hip new hotel with family atmosphere. Compact room with modern decor. Very clean beds for a good sleep. Quiet location to get to popular London attractions thanks to the train station walk from the hotel. Pleasant experience there.

I enjoyed that there were a safe, central heating and an iron. The location of the hotel was brilliant - within walking distance of Jo Loves Perfume Store.

A bath in the private bathroom was a plus. The staff were ready to help and always had a smile. The setting was quite incredible within easy reach of Pimlico. There were supermarkets and several stores around the hotel.

Overall it was a lovely stay for our London visit. The location was very central, near Victoria and the coach station. Had brunch in the Tozi Restaurant & Bar, located nearby.

The only thing missing was soap.

The setting was only a short distance to everything we wanted to visit, like buckingham palace. Dine at Cyprus Mangal, which is located within 100 metres from the hotel
