The Berkeley, Maybourne

The staff were excellent and provided help. The room was good sized with a balcony, besides it had wake-up service, just in case. There were a mini bar, central heating, and iron and ironing board provided. The service was accommodating throughout our stay.

The room was well-appointed and recently renovated, good sleep in a comfy bed. Good service, provided by the particularly helpful and incredibly attentive staff. The location was magnificent and lovely, in the Kensington area of London with easy access to a market and shops. Btw, it was at a medium distance from Buckingham Palace.

Overall had outstanding stay for one night at the Kings room. I enjoyed the room with a walk in shower, the bed was incredible. The location was best possible and I could use private parking nearby. Also, such main attraction as a Kensington palace was 3 km from this hotel. I ate at an astonishing restaurant with fine food.

My stay was really lovely for one night at the Kings room. Loved staying at the great-sized and recently refurbished double room with a walk in shower. Having central heating, iron/ironing board, and an electronic key card was very convenient. Booked the hotel for its lovely and beautiful location not far from the Palace, like Harvey Nichols and a nice restaurant.

All the staff was very welcoming and incredibly kind, settled my issues. I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with luxurious design.

The weather was wonderful, had just perfect stay for one night. The best part were the excellent staff. I loved the sophisticated-style building and good-sized room with comfortable bed. The location couldn't be more lovely in the Kensington area of London. What's more, it was very close to the cocktail bar which had a brilliant buzz, the main restaurant, and The Berkeley from Belmond Le Manoir.

I loved spending time here. Everything was really good, perfect location just next door to other attractions, and the Christian Dior exhibition at the V and A, thoroughly professional staff. The breakfast was warm as expected with fabulous food, wine, followed by drinks.

The units were tasteful and elegant for the best english breakfast. The location is central, adjacent to Harvey Nichols or Harrods, the shopping areas and Harrods and Harvey Nics and the V & A/Kensington Palace. It's at a short distance from Hard Rock Cafe, I tried nice desserts there.

It was based in lovely building in a marvellous and lovely location, close to all the best shops in Knightsbridge for shopping too. Easily reached Al Basha Restaurant, located at a medium distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Location: the hotel was so close to Hyde Park as well as London. Well-trained and responsive staff, suggested places to visit. Loved the classic room with luxury bathroom, and prime location perfect-close to the Underground.

A mini bar, a sitting area and ironing facilities were provided. Reception staff was very accessible. There's hard rock cafe at a short distance from the hotel, they have tea/coffee/desserts. Room service was extremely handy.

Meals in hotel were good. Harrods was located in the near vicinity. It's worth staying here and exploring Tooting district. Located in 20 minutes' drive to the airport

We stayed right by sloane street and could visit wellington arch. Staff is very attentive!
