We had a tiny bedroom. There was a clean bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and bath robes. The hotel had a very central location, next door to a theatre and a palace. And it was next door to a tube station.

The rooms with zero facilities.

The room was good looking with extra table & sofa, we were happy about that.

It was fairly clean, the staff was energetic, plus the service was brilliant. The location of the hotel was super, next door to all the main shops and department shops. Next door to a theatre and a palace that I wanted to see. It had a great restaurant for breakfast.

The rooms were decent sized and newly renovated, they come with a coffee maker, the condition and views of fire escape. The hotel was special and stylish and in a very central location. There was The Good Catch nearby to grab something to eat.

The location is marvellous and unbeatable, next door to an underground station. It's next door to pubs and cafés too.

Stayed for 2 nights, the staff was extraordinary service-minded and professional during all this time. The hotel was set in a central area close to the busiest areas of London, Kensington Palace gardens and the centre of a city that offers complementary drinks. Also, we were 4 km from our favourite spot Staines Moor Country Park.

The restaurant was wonderful for breakfast, we ordered delicious dishes. Perfect location, London City airport was 20 km away.

Good looking and well laid out rooms with fabulous facilities. Particularly good location right by Royal Albert Hall, Harrods, Harvey Nichols and the underground and shopping.

Make sure you stay in the guest room with tea making facilities, access to museums etc around South Ken, the bedroom.

I booked decent size and recently renovated room with a tray to be provided in the bedrooms, biscuits etc, as for instance. The setting was wonderful, next to South Kensington and Knightsbridge, Harrods, Harvey Nichols and the underground, and a quiet tree lined square.

Every staff member was affable. Twin room I stayed at was recently renovated with a balcony overlooking beaufort place.

Breakfast at 7.45am. Newly renovated rooms and decent sized with the bathroom, a king-size bed, for example. Fantastic location in the centre of London, elegant style building.

We both enjoyed it, the place is peaceful and suited fine. The staff was amiable from arrival until we left. The breakfast included tea and scones for everyone. The service here was exceptional.

Everything was first-class, personnel was competent. We stayed in a twin room complete with a tray to be provided in the bedrooms. We really enjoyed tea and scones at breakfast. Its location was stunning, short walk to Hyde Park and the Science Museum is also five minutes away.

The hotel had stunning location just off museums and Hyde Park Corner, and an exhibition. We ate in the Privee restaurant, outstanding food with very good service.

It had very central location close to Sloane Street. It was located in a really quiet area close enough to the centre of London, and shopping areas in central London. The room was neat and stylish, had a particularly nice view. The food was appetising and we loved the variety.

The location was peaceful, for example, Jo Loves Perfume Store was not too far from the hotel. Btw, the airport was 20 km away. The staff were accommodating and dedicated and the design was amazing.

a great and quiet hotel, my first choice in london. it was as expected, with very good staff and location. the staff was pleasant, some of them especially.

Everything was excellent, the parking was nearby, the room was cheap. The double room was terrific with all the extras, fridge, as for instance. I was satisfied with wake-up service available. The staff was accommodating and provided good services. Loved my stay here and recommend this hotel.
