Really had great stay for a couple nights. Fairly clean property, pleasant and perfectly fine stuff. Very central location not far from shops, restaurants and pubs as well as museums lots of cafes and restaurants, and functional room. Plus, next to Chinatown. Units with excellant products.

We thoroughly enjoyed being here. All in all everything was perfect, had a very nice stay for family London visit. All the staff were active, highly efficient.

In overall, the place is charming old, has outstandingly helpful staff at reception desk. It has unbeatable location to see a publicly owned art museum. It is set in a very very nice area.

Overall it was beautifully maintained and comfortable quiet, with a private bathroom.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel and would stay here again. The place was fairly clean with a lovely design and perfectly fine staff. I was here for 2 nights and ate at attached restaurant for breakfast. The staff provided excellent service and helped with luggage.

Truly enjoyed every detail about my good 4 nights stay here. The bedroom was extremely pleasant and compact. The attached restaurant for breakfast was the best part.

Everything is modern here, had a very nice stay for the perfect service during my stay. The units are well-maintained with a bath. The hotel serves good hot breakfasts for vegan.

Luxurious place with very efficient staff, everything was really good. Bar was perfect for breakfast. The location was incredible, next to a subway station, so it was really easy to travel around. There was a convenient restaurant relatively close to the hotel. The stay was very very good.

The venue is fairly large and clean with a fantastic value and really kind staff.

The room is functional and essentials you need, including climate control and a storage space, is right there. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the staff is pleasant and perfectly fine. It has a combination of an excellent service and a family ambience.

Great and very elegant accommodation with nice stuff with the manager in particular very helpful and friendly. Super location close to museums, in the fairly nice area. Besides, very convenient to St Augustine's Church.

The location was magnificent, next to restaurants and pubs. Popped in Duke of Clarence for shots before sleep, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue. We had a hot and free breakfast with which is convenient and cappuccino, for example not offered toast.

The location was absolutely perfect and amazing, the staff was helpful. Overall it was brand-new and extremely pleasant with the old baths.

The stay here was fantastic of 4 Nights. Really enjoyed the way our family room was. The bathroom we had included a hairdryer, a shower cap, and bath sheets and a bathtub.

Sincerely, it was a memorable stay on a family vacation. At the restaurant, the breakfast was delicious for vegan also. The hotel had a very central location in easy walking distance to Kensington gardens. I had coffee at Zanelli's Sandwich Bar, located within 5 minutes walk.

The staff is hospitable here, the services are very good, and location is prime really close to many areas of London, Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square, and the tube. The cosy double room is airy and compact. The breakfasts is sensational with plenty of food.

I had a really great experience here, everything was great, the location was peaceful not far from London as well as the underground. Appreciated staying at the family room. The continental breakfast was included for free and had plenty of food. The check in was quick and the atmosphere was family throughout the hotel. Besides, I parked onsite.

glad i took cosy double room, it was tastefully decorated and compact. the location is marvellous, 1 km from a scientifically spellbinding museum. it's next to a subway station which was what i needed.
