The location was excellent and perfect next to a museum and a theatre. Actually, the room was well-appointed with a mini bar for free. The staff was highly courteous and caring on arrival and throughout the stay. The breakfast was stunning and delicious, we would have stayed for longer.

Tbh, had an enjoyable stay on a business trip. The hotel was placed in the very central location unable to tell me where I could find a local grocery store. And I were just next door to all the museums, Kensington Gardens, and the Princess Diana Memorial playground in the area, delicious restaurants and the underground and centre. The tapas restaurant served a good choice of nice food.

I was offered a lovely continental breakfast. The rooms were newly renovated and comfortable modern with an extra bed, climate control, and coffee. The location was unbeatable and good, near a theatre and a palace. It was across the residential area.

We had an excellent stay in a long time. The staff was super friendly, the accommodation was original and clean. We had a separate bedroom. It was convenient having a minibar, air conditioning, and a balcony.

Its location in London was magnificent and fab, really close to the parks, the underground and the attractions of V & A, Hyde Park and Natural History Museum, and the very convenient South Kensington tube station and a bus stop right outside. The breakfast with the avocado and hot options, as example was stunning for what you got.

The venue was set in the very central position close to Harrods and the parks, tube, hop-on hop-off bus, V & A museum, Kensington Palace and Hyde Park and particularly off the ala carte menu.

The breakfast had a delicious continental option. This hotel was set in a very central area close to South Kensington tube, most comfortable bed, pillows and crisp linen as well as the shopping area.

Facilities were very nice, nonetheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, yet everything was perfect. The small queen room was compact with a bath. The restaurant was good with wonderful food.

Actually, the room was spotless with very comfortable beds, it also had wake-up service.

Besides, the location was incredible for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of Victoria and Albert Museum. We stayed in the superior room, the room was airy and tidy.

I had lovely days staying at this pet-friendly hotel. Had neat room £ 227 with a huge bed, refreshments, for instance.

Service in the hotel was great too. We definitely coming here again, this venue met what we needed.

The staff were helpful and the location was good. Visited their restaurant Apero couple of times. Services included free Wi Fi. It deserves its 5 stars.
