Good and fab location with private parking onsite.

The staff were flexible people especially from the receptionist, and location was nice. This hotel was in a very relaxing area so close to the pub/restaurant, Strawberry Hill House and train station, and river. I was here for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant with a great atmosphere and amazing staff. The bedroom was beautiful and had a wonderful view over a park to River Thames.

Nicely presented and well-equipped venue, ideal location just next door to beautiful pathway for walk along the river and into the local highstreet, the best areas of London and a very light, enjoyed our stay. Vegetarian cuisine was served in the attached restaurant. The service offered was very good.

The positives include perfect and comfortable location and parking at the front of the hotel. And it's at a walking distance from downtown.

I had reasonably priced, brand-new rooms with a coffeemaker, complimentary Wi-Fi, and an iron. Full English breakfast was WONDERFUL with views of the Thames. The venue was in a very central location short walk to delightful Richmond, the boats on the Thames and the cozy restaurant to the location.

The location was particularly good in a very green area, short walk to Twickenham town center, the bar / restaurant and train station and buses. Liked the double room with a balcony, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The staff were amazingly nice and superbly friendly day and night.

Had fairly nice stay for a further 4 nights later in our stay and the weather was pleasant. The staff was pleasant and incredible with advice and suggestions. Very central location near rail links or bus stop outside, nearest bars and restaurants and beautiful pathway for walk along the river and into the local highstreet, it was in a natural area. The hotel met requirements.

The staff is competent here, the services are very good, and location is absolutely perfect just off local shops, Hampton Court Palace, and England. The room is reasonably priced, brand-new comes with nespresso machine, excellent bathroom, for instance.

The location was very central, right by the restaurant owing to the number of dogs in the restaurant, the river opposite, and Wimbledon for the tennis. The breakfast was savoury and warm and complete with pouched eggs and bagel, as for instance.

Everything was well-maintained, met needs, and the staff were pleasant people especially from the receptionist. It was tidy, I would book here again.

The venue was well-equipped and good quality, I loved the location not far from the conservatory for beakfast with the sun gently warming up the ambient, and nice English Pub, and river views. The staff was knowledgeable and the room was beautifully presented and brand-new.

It was as expected, had a decent stay on a business trip. I truly enjoyed the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The main bar was lovely.

Nicely decorated place overall, it is spotlessly clean, location is excellent and unbeatable in between two main train stations.

The place was relaxing and quirky, no complaints whatsoever, strongly recommend. The breakfast had a great selection of fantastic food and drinks. The room with river views was reasonably sized and had a coffee machine and an iron.

This is a hotel go-to for Twickenham! This place is beautifully designed and relaxing and the staff are flexible. The twin room is luxury and air-conditioned.

Twickenham district was worth staying in. We had king room with nice balcony overlooking the thames. The breakfast was savoury and the English bar was a plus.

Totally really enjoyable stay during both nights of stay. As for me, staff and location were good! The location of the hotel was incredible and brilliant - within easy walking distance of a rugby union stadium. Also, it was in a calm area, I loved that.

Its location is stunning & unbeatable, so close to the river and London.

Worth its 3 stars. Had a nice view and breakfast was FINE. We really loved the bed, it was comfortable. There's good choice of restaurants to choose from, like Cochin, set within 15 minutes walk or so.

Incredible base for discovering Twickenham. Hotel had comfy beds. What's more, they had free Wi Fi.
