I had nicely equipped room here with great bathroom as well as 1 st.

Overall it was recently renovated, with a private bathroom.

Central location convenient to Victoria station. Next to Kensington shops, and various landmarks. Fresh made breakfast, particularly pastries and cheese.

The location is amazing - close to a coach station. Westminster Borough district deserves to be explored.

Attentive and amiable staff, gave a lot of tourist information. We had an adjoining bedroom. Plus it had a lovely view of the London skyline.

I had the continental breakfast with multiple options. The hotel had a central position just next door to Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station, Ubers / taxis around and top attractions such as Westminster Abbey. The staff was attentive & very amiable.

Well, the views were not very good here.

Loved my real good stay for an one night "in transit "stay. The bedroom was brand-new and air conditioned. The bed was very clean and the balcony had wonderful views of the London skyline.

Well, Wi-Fi was awful.

Quaint little and fairly clean place with a great reception. Booked guest room for 3 bags. I liked 3 nights there.

Freshly decorated and modern looking rooms with luggage storage and a heating system. Fast check-in and late check-out, parking on-site.

The place was clean and staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The triple room had luggage storage, a balcony, and climate control, facilities worked for us. Our continental breakfast was great. It was surely a really good stay for short business trip.

The guest room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was well decorated and well-kept for the value. The hotel had a central setting readdy to work from a coffee shop.

The hotel is pleasant, has marvellous and fab location close to top attractions such as Westminster Abbey, Victoria coach station and tube station, and Pimlico shops. The breakfast is fresh made and quick with orange juice and fruit, for instance, and the service is friendly. Courteous and nice staff, they smile all the time.

It was in a central location, near to the Apollo theatre.

Lovely and magnificent location, it was close to a subway station. We saw an art museum, that's at a medium distance from the venue.

The location is exceptionally nice and near a coach station. It's in the very nice area which is another bonus.

We booked quadruple room in front of the toilet and could use wake-up service, available in it. It was just next door to underground station of victoria as well as the Apollo Victoria, great location overall. Besides, Covent Garden was 4 km away from the venue.

Modern place with super-friendly employees at the reception desk. Quick breakfast selection with croissants, Cheese and ham. Marvellous location close to restaurants and eateries. Close to a theatre and a cathedral.

Very good service, even though a few employees were poorly trained. The staff was attentive and highly courteous, the continental breakfast was quick. Location: the hotel was right by top attractions such as Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, The London Eye and Trafalgar Square.

Had very good stay for 20 minutes of a 2 day visit. The employees were attentive and kept it all perfectly clean. The location was handy and incredible, adjacent to Victoria tube station, theatres, bars, restaurants and the best London has to offer and trains anywhere in London.

The stuff were highly courteous and helpful and the location was INCREDIBLE in a fantastic area. We only slept at the guest room with a balcony, but liked it. The bonus was contemporary room decor and delightful bar.

Its location was stunning, short walk to Victoria coach, train and tube station, the city center and metro, buses and trains, and the Apollo theatre, London Underground and bus trip to Harry Potter Studio. Besides, the property was 2 km away from Buckingham Palace.

The staff were absolutely courteous, the breakfast was satisfactory and everything was modern. The room was newly renovated and a decent size, the location was stunning central. I liked a nice restaurant with a local menu.

This hotel has absolutely perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. Make sure you stay in the triple room with the walls painted as black marks all over and lovely shower. Extremely helpful and attentive staff on reception desk, everything is very good.

By and large, it was well-maintained and newly remodelled place with genuinely helpful staff on reception desk.

The venue was set in the central position near to numerous restaurants, shopping and theatres nearby, the main Victoria Train and several good pubs and restaurants. Btw, we admired an art museum, based within a close distance from the hotel.

Everything was great, yet a few employees were not very helpful. The breakfast was included in the price and had variety of meals. It was in the central location close to the bus station. It was also next to trains and buses, including the Gatwick express, a good area of London, Victoria.

We had an excellent stay at this low budget hotel. It was fairly clean, staff was efficient and pleasant. Loved the twin room with a balcony, and marvellous and brilliant location in a very nice area. The breakfast food, especially pastries and cheese was cheap.

An easy walk to Kazan Restaurant, where you can have lunch. Our hotel was located near tourist attractions like harrods.
