The place deserved 3 stars. We got quadruple room and liked it. The staff and people generally were affable. The airport was 25 km away.

Location: the hotel was just off shops, and central London. Also, we could visit a 25-acre public park, it was 5 minutes' drive away.

Shame the bathroom was dirty.
