Overall it was nicely furnished, with a private bathroom. The staff were all very welcoming and incredible, which was unquestionably a plus. The location offered was excellent so close to pub downstairs, Blackheath and Lee train station.

The hotel has particularly good location really close to a pub, the festival, and the tavern below. The staff were excellent and extremely friendly in every interaction we had. The food was fine, with a good choice of options.

The room was very good sized with comfy beds, the bed was very comfy. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect and magnificent, in the South East London area. The friendly service and the attention to detail! The staff were helpful and took care of me.

The units were reasonably large with a comfortable bed.

The hotel was situated in the central location to the road from which I could see the bus stop. The people where excellent, will exceed the expectations.

The units were well decorated by the tv in the bedroom. Everyone who works in the hotel is extremely friendly and efficient. The location is fab and unbeatable, it's really close to the pub below the rooms, the tavern below and the bus stop.

I greatly enjoyed the hotel, everything was amazing here. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the design was lovely. I booked a double room with a kettle, central heating, and TV. The food was fabulous - a wide array of options. The venue was set in the central position near to the festival, the shop, and Lee train station. Lewisham district was worth staying in.

The hotel was located near to pub downstairs, the tavern below and Lewisham. The location was perfect and excellent, to go to the shop, and the bed lovely. Plus it was max 30 mins walk to the lake.

Everything looks amazing. The rooms are good-sized and nicely furnished, equipped with a kettle, central heating, and TV. Our hotel is set in a central location not far from a nice pub, the train station, and the tavern below. Also, it's 4 km away from Eltham. They serve fab food, have a good choice of options to choose from.

The staff were very amiable and location was convenient and perfect. My double room was a nice size, liked it.

The personnel was efficient offered me a beautifully decorated and well furnished room with all relevant facilities required, bathroom, super comfy beds.

It is a lovely property located in Lewisham district short walk to a nice pub, and public transport. The hotel offers a great selection of food that was great. The staff are very friendly and helpful people. The service is welcoming, includes easy parking.

The location of the property was particularly good and fab, to a cafe where we have to pay for breakfast. Overall it was great-sized with good curtains. The hotel staff were helpful.

The hotel was a fine base for enjoying a good area, close to restaurant, the bus stop, London. The staff were incredible and impeccable and assisted me greatly. The double room was en suite with bathroom, stuck, for example. Thanks, I loved my stay.

everything in this deluxe hotel was amazing, we greatly enjoyed it. bed was comfortable, like a cloud. worth its 3 stars.
