The personnel was amiable, and the host too. The bed was nice, the room was airy and compact with private bathroom. Central heating, coffee/tea making facilities, and TV were available here too.

The room was airy, not to mention views over garden from the window. A wide range of excellent food, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was central, fab in fact everything is. The staff were both very helpful and amicable.

Its location in back garden is marvellous.

The location was excellent for me, in a very condgested neighborhood. Moreover, it was really close to Wimbledon, Kew Gardens tube station which has great connections to the rest of the city, and a very nice area.

My stay was JUST PERFECT for weeks before our visit. Particularly good central location next to Heathrow airport, Hammersmith station and trains and parks. A few times I ate at Ma Cuisine, located not too far away from the hotel. The amicable staff made a good impression.

The location was excellent and absolutely perfect for Kew, near Kew Gardens tube station which has great connections to the rest of the city and bus stop and tube. Great and accommodating employees helped us a lot. Have spent here 4 nights and our studio suite was reasonably large.

It's newly decorated and absolutely gorgeous hotel with fab location to leave early in the morning as the trains were disrupted. The staff has always been friendly.

It's handy base for visiting some must see attractions in Kew. You can relax in restaurants and cafés nearby. When I am in Kew, I like staying here.

The location was magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from The Works. We also went to city centre, located within walking distance of the hotel.

Make sure to get double room with single bed. The location is marvellous and stunning, relatively close to Kew Gardens. Btw, it's set in the pretty nice area😀❤

The bathroom I had was a bit small.

My room was new-fashioned and airy with all the facilities, 2 spare single beds and a chest of drawers. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and fridges worked well.

The daily service was good. There were very comfy beds and a kettle, central heating and an iron in the studio suite. It was in the central location in Kew area.

I had double room with a shared bathroom. The location was unbeatable, not too far from Royal Botanic Gardens. I enjoyed the fact that it was a 5-minute walk from the subway.

Spend our time here pleasantly. Kew Gardens tube station was not too far away from the hotel. Our studio accommodated us perfectly.

Coori, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel. Located within a walk to The Pond, which is about 800 metres away. Good choice for a city trip in London! We would stay here again certainly...
