Everything met requests, I would happily return. I was happy, the triple room I booked came with a lovely velux window as well as modern furnishings.

Can't recommend highly enough this place and would want to stay there again. The hotel was in the central setting close to tubes. Moreover, it was close enough to both the airport and the center of the city, Circle Line from Heathrow and Shepherd's Bush market. The service provided there was exceptional.

Stayed for 5 nights in this absolutely brilliant and stunningly beautiful place, really enjoyed that. Good staff, provided useful info. Overall it was fairly quiet and bright, with a private bathroom. The location was great and stunning and close to an underground station. Our experience here was such great.

The staff I encountered were kind and good. The venue was set in the central position adjacent to both the Hammersmith, and shops and underground.

There was elevator to be needed.

We stayed in the quadruple room, it was brand-new. We enjoyed having a bathtub.

The bedroom was charming little and newly decorated. The employees were reasonably good and efficient. The location was comfortable and decent, in the Hammersmith district and walk from an underground station.

The hotel had a central location and it was within short walking distance to Brook Green Tennis Courts. Also, the property was close to a subway station.

Thanks a lot everyone for a really good stay during winter. My quadruple room was compact and charming little. It overlooked courtyard and had a very clean bed. The perfectly comfortable and decent location walk from a tube station was just what I needed. The hotel was in a really neat area.

I had the queen room, it was updated. As for me, the location was great and unbeatable, close to Westfield mall, coffee shops, supermarket, shopping stores and underground and restaurants and shops.

The location was unbeatable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Olympia Exhibition Centre. The room was well-equipped with smoke detectors for safety measures. The atmosphere created was quiet. I stayed at this hotel before and would stay here again.

There were compact & updated rooms with excellent WiFi, a double bedroom, for example. The team provided an excellent service. And they had a vending machine in the lobby.

Stayed here for exploring the city, no complaints whatsoever. The rooms were well-equipped and brand-new on the first level.

The triple room I got was airy.

Came in London to relax and have fun, this great family run hotel was great place for doing it. There was a good restaurant, shops and chemist's next door. The staff were attentive, immensely pleasant, did all they can for a very good stay.

Plenty of supplies in the room: a work desk, coffee/tea making facilities and a TV set. Stunning and pleasant location, within easy walking distance of Underground. The efficient check-in.
