Everything was first-class, the parking was on site, the room was a decent size and newly remodelled. The staff were efficient, the breakfast I had was perfect and substantial. Its location was incredible also close to Westfield shopping centre in Shepherd's Bush.

The hotel was located in the middle of the city. Also, Harmondsworth Moor was 5 km away. Appreciated how my classic double room was set up.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my husband, had a very nice stay. I were met by lovely friendly, sincere personnel. The continental breakfast was lovely and gorgeous with smoked salmon which was a surprise.

Well, Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

Reasonable base for 3 nights with sincere and flexible staff that badly need support and training in basic levels of service. A decent size and recently renovated rooms, great view of the park behind. Stunning location in a well-kept area just off tube and Olympia as well as the Hammersmith roundabout. Besides, easy access to Liverpool Central Library.

This hotel was luxury and fairly clean, cool for a wedding ceremony. The staff there were top-class and caring. The location was absolutely perfect, in the middle of the city. Enjoyed our stay there, it was really nice.

The units are high standard, comfortable quiet with a view of the park.

Air conditioning, a lounge area, and a safe box in my double room were useful during the stay out of service at the time of my stay.

Outstanding food.

Food was fab and I have nothing but really nice memories from this trip. The hotel was nicely appointed and unique, and the staff were extremely helpful, enjoyed the magnificent location near to both Hammersmith and Barons Court tube stations, Easy to get to and public transport into more central London. The service was very good, totally satisfied. I could park the car onsite.

Close to a theatre and a castle, overall the location was excellent. Went to The Distillers for drink or two, set a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Fairly clean place with incredibly attentive stuff and stunningly beautiful view out over the park. Absolutely perfect setting, just next door to Hammersmith tube station, Kensington Gardens and theatre.

The classic queen room was fashionable and recently refurbished, perfect for my needs. Had central location close to the public area. I often went to Nando's Hammersmith to pick up some food.

The stay here was fairly nice on vacation. The staff was exceptional and very pleasant in all services. Our accommodation was set in a central location very close to the Hammersmith roundabout and metro station, Hammersmith and Olympia and taxi at short notice.

Soundproof and compact units with a sumptuous bed and great rain shower plus tea, and the staff were consistently courteous. The location was marvellous and lovely, close to a tube station and easy to find. I ate at the attached restaurant near the hotel.

Nicely appointed and absolutely stunning accommodation with top-class staff on shift. Central location in Melody restaurant. Based very close to so much better than the usual standard hotels, speakers in the bathroom and two tube stations of Picadilly line.

The hotel was located just next door to the Olympia, and the restaurant and the kitchen overlooking the carpark. We had a recently renovated and comfortable quiet room with a pop up bed and everything was modern. The staff were amazingly attentive and provided a very good service.

Excellent location easy to catch a bus outside into Knightsbridge area and magnificent view. Nearby The Swan - great place to chill out. Nice bed, marble-lined bathroom and Netflix, coffee and air conditioning in the room. A great selection of nice items for continental breakfast.

Elegant rooms with very comfy beds, bathroom was luxury. This accommodation was in the central location easy to catch a bus outside into Knightsbridge area. Moreover, it was close enough to Heathrow airport, a sea and the Baron's Court tube station.

Central location was a plus. The classic queen room I had was top-class and reasonably priced.

We didn't have time, so that's why we will be back. Thank you all for a really really nice stay out of service at the time of our stay. The location was central, stunning in car park or service area. Visited Belushi's for a few drinks, it was not too far away from the hotel, recommend.

25 minutes by car from the airport. Useful base for a city break in London! The lunch box is located within 100 feet from the hotel. We recommend as we greatly enjoyed st paul;))

in front of harrods, 20 minutes' walk to kensington train station. the latymers served dishes within 700 feet off the hotel. we loved facilities and location of this property. located within 5 minutes' drive from oxford street.
