Contemporary & reasonably large room, an iron, tea and coffee making facilities, and a work desk in there. Pleasant bathroom, really supportive staff. Peaceful location for enjoying restaurants and pubs walk from the hotel. Again, 15 minutes walk from Ladybower Reservoir.

Pleasant location very close to a park and a lot of cafes to choose from, cafes to choose from and Kensington Gardens and lots of transportation options.

The room I had was brand-new with basics, comfortable bed, as example. The location was perfect, right by bus lines, Kensington Gardens and lots of transportation options and a couple different train stations.

Impeccably clean and beautifully designed room, a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels were a nice surprise. Bar was perfect for breakfast. The staff helped us and were very attentive and attentive.

Clean property, affable staff. Location - marvellous and incredible, just off Queensway tube station, and Kensington Gardens and lots of transportation options. A good choice of goodies for breakfast.

Exceptionally clean rooms with okayish amenities! A comfortable interior.

The place is newly remodelled and well-maintained, met requests. The hotel has modern and stylish rooms with really comfy bed, okayish amenities, as example. They serve a huge variety of meals, the food I tried was fabulous.

We liked this brand-new hotel, no complains at all. The room was large and contemporary, had smoke detectors for the safety. The facilities were clean. The setting of venue was peaceful and ideal, to the nearest tube station. Moreover, it was next to Near Underground Station Bayswater / Queensway, a couple different train stations, and several sights.

It was in the central location close to transport or accessible modes of transport. The staff were very nice and amiable hole time of my stay.

The hotel is in a marvellous and fab location close to transport or accessible modes of transport. Btw, it's set in Westminster Borough district near to Kensington Gardens, and transportation options.

The location of the hotel was amazing, in a very good area. Popped in Island Grill & Bar for shots before sleep, it was not too far away from the venue.

Stupid staff!

This location was marvellous and amazing, right by the subway. It was a joy spending time in the spotless and perfect room with comfortable bed.

It was really recently renovated and well-maintained 4-star hotel as stated in the description. Staff were particularly helpful, room was brand-new and modern as in the photos. The bar served a great selection of meals for breakfast.

As for me, the area was not very welcoming.

Its location at a moderate distance from Paddington was great. I spent 1 night and would come back for sure.

The hotel had a central position near to a couple different train stations, Underground, and Queensway tube station. The rooms were clean and perfect and included a work desk, coffee/tea making machines, and multi-channel TV etc. All the employees were very, very nice and superfriendly.
