The location in a lovely area was marvellous and awesome.

The staff were not so helpful, didn't expect that coming.

The rooms where quiet with a view, the stuff were excellant. Had a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and a TV.

Stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our choice. Our room was spacious and new-fashioned with the bathroom and new furnishings. Central location of this low cost hotel was a bonus. Furthermore, the area was good.

Loved spending my time in this fairly clean low budget hotel. It was brand-new, bright and with a view. Superfriendly staff and the location was magnificent and stunning.

I stayed here 5 nights and greatly enjoyed it. The rooms were nicely decorated and brand-new with a view, felt like home. The location in a very posh area was excellent and stunning and there were a market and shops nearby. Kensington district was worth exploring.

Wonderful and fantastic location in London, just off bus stops and underground stations, great restaurants and Hyde Park and Kensington in the heart of London. Also, to Gloucester Road station for Kings Cross.

I booked guest room with a bath, new furnishings plus good selection of amenities which turned out to be a bright room. The staff were SUPERFRIENDLY and the setting was great. You could walk to supermarkets and shops.

The staff members were all super-friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed being within a 15-minute walk from the tube.

Marvellous location close to the bus stop, park, shops and restaurants, the Royal Albert Hall, and parks, it's central. All the staff members are exceptional and pleasant.

This hotel was ideal place for exploring London, liked it. It made my trip to London a good experience.

I truly enjoyed this good budget hotel and stayed for 14 nights here. The room was bright and fairly quiet and offered a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. Got an exceptionally comfortable bed. The property was situated in the central location also close to supermarket for food. What's more, it was short walk to the Royal Albert Hall, the bus stop, park, shops and restaurants and tube station, buses, food and shopping.

The venue's position was central. High Street Kensington tube station was 5 min away. The most important was the staff - nice and exceptional people. I had immaculate and bright room with hypoallergenic pillows.

The location was awesome, within walking distance of a Japanese cultural center. We have booked guest room with plug next to bed, fridge, the bathroom for 10 nights. The check in was efficient, the staff was amazing.
