The staff were both exceptionally nice and affable. Double room was bright, the beds were very comfy. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus. The hotel had a very central location next to Edgeware Road underground station.

Nice beds and check out is late. Spent a nice evening at gwr pullman dining, located around 4-6 minutes away by foot the venue. It deserves its 3 stars...
