Fairly clean property with really helpful and extremely friendly staff when manager would be there.

They gave us a standard double room with shared bathroom.

The whole experience was really lovely, no complaints, 100% recommend. Everything was good, with excellent and excellent co-operating staff, met every demand.

The hotel's location was peaceful, in a residential area with a market and a convenience shop within walking distance.

Overall it was compact, with a private bathroom.

Everything was perfectly fine, nevertheless we stayed for 4 nights only. We stayed here before, always reasonably large rooms with shared toilet. Hotel's bar was superb.

The property was fairly clean and cheerful and the location was perfect. The bedroom was en suite and compact. Heating, tea and coffee available were an advantage.

Hotel was romantic and little and I thoroughly enjoyed the food there, it was good. The service was very good. The location for Hayes was ideal, short walk to a 24 / h grocery store, London Heathrow, and the airport shuttle. Besides, the property was 2 km away from Cranford Park. The stay was absolutely very peaceful.

Clean hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed exceptionally nice and amicable staff. The room was extremely pleasant and decent size with a nice bath. Ideal location, the breakfast was incredibly nice with toast.

The location was great for me. The fact that Pimlico tube station was some 10 minutes away was a plus.

I've had a special stay for the night after the trip. The breakfast was nice, I thoroughly enjoyed coffee, tea, toast, cereal, and bread they served. The location was particularly good, in a residential area, in the really quiet area. Hayes district was worth exploring.

The location was marvellous and quiet for traveling around Hayes, close enough to Heathrow airport as well as a restaurant down the street. Furthermore, it was at a moderate distance from a London Motor museum.

I liked to be here, everything was good. The location was good, at a medium distance from Church of st Anselm. The room I had was compact and decent sized with shared bathroom, all the basic amenities, the bath tub. Coffee, tea, toast, cereals, and breads served for breakfast were fabulous!

We were in a marvellous location at a walking distance from an Anglican church.
