Located in the pretty nice zone, it was a nice comfy base for shopping. The staff were amiable and professional all the time. The room was fairly quiet and clean with a balcony, the bed was comfy.

The location of the property was marvellous and magnificent as we were just next door to Gloucester Road 10 minute walk to Natural History and Earls Court. The room was quiet and clean with storage space, a balcony, as example and safety measures included smoke detectors. Had really good amenities.

We truly enjoyed sleeping 5 nights in this hotel. Everything was very good, personnel was amiable. Besides, the location was excellent and good for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of a world-famous museum. We had wheelchair accessible room with storage space, a balcony, as for instance, which was important.
