It was fairly clean and the staff were obliging, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The double room was neat and cheap.

The hotel's location was central, to ordering a taxi etc. Appreciated our standard triple room with an own shower.

The staff we met were not so helpful.

Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms with clean towels daily. The location was magnificent, few metres away from Saint Mary's Cathedral.

The venue was set in the central position so close to Richmond Park, a quiet area of Richmond which unfortunately was offset by being under the flightpath for the Heathrow aeroplanes and the gorgeous Richmond. Great to be 300 metres away from Pret a Manger, enjoyed our meal there. We really enjoyed the breakfast.
