The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are clean. The hotel's location is great and very close to an underground station...

Ideal location, it is close to a tube station. One of tourist spots - Lee Valley Regional Park Authority - is relatively close to the hotel, really enjoyed that:)))

the rooms are spacious with big beds and smoke detectors. its location is ideal, not far from tube station, tesco & costa, and concerts.

Stayed here for 3 nights and liked our choice. Comfortable and perfect position was an added bonus. It was also short walk to concerts.

The setting was perfect and great, not far from the Tottenham Hotspur stadium or concerts, and transport system.

The location was pretty bad, it's a pitty.
