Everything was great, the wifi was excellent. The location of the property was incredible, close to o2 bus stop outside entrance which has regular bus to-and-from venue. Plus, main attraction such as Colnbrook West was 5 km from this hotel.

The staff was friendly and lovely and helped with the private parking. The room they gave us was fabulous and big size with a comfortable bed, shared bathrooms, for example. There were an electric kettle and refrigerators.

The room was reasonably large with balcony, the staff were kind and wonderful, did everything. This location was great and unbeatable, not far from North Greenwich tube, Emirates Cable Car, O2 Arena to North and Cutty Sark & Greenwich centre to South.

We liked staying here, the place met what was needed. No reason to complain, we spent a comfortable time here.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay. The hotel staff was helpful and amicable, not annoying. The rooms were big size and the location was marvellous. Distance to the airport was just 25 km.

The location is magnificent and incredible, by excellent transport links. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the affable and kind staff. The units are quiet, large with throws on the bed, balcony plus comfortable double bed.

The rooms were spacious and mine was bright with a balcony and coffee/tea making facilities. A coffee maker and refrigerators were an advantage.

We did not want to leave and would love to come back here some time. We truly enjoyed the hotel, its particularly good and magnificent location and wonderful staff.

Hotel overlooked city and the room was reasonably spacious and huge. We got a room with a bath. Exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows, there where a phone, a kettle, and an iron available.

Appreciated every detail about our very pleasant 1 night stay here. The staff was helpful and friendly and check in was easy. Incredible position was an added bonus. Moreover, it was just next door to all locations, North Greenwich, and o2 bus stop.

We thoroughly enjoyed it, did not want to leave, would recommend. Our stay here was quite comfortable, amazing base for exploring London. The restaurant had hot food.

The hotel was what we enjoyed during trip. Overall it was spacious and huge with balcony. Plus we had a telephone, a kettle, and an iron. The airport was 15 minutes drive away.

Family room had facilities you could need. There was a clean bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets. The staff were affable and wonderful and assisted me greatly.

Good base for 1 night. Very comfy beds in our double room. Bright bathrooms with a bath. Simply nothing too much trouble, very comfortable stay.

The place had a QUIET atmosphere. The hotel had a stunning position, by excellant transport links. Moreover, its close to bus stop, a station and London.

Had good sleep at the family room with double bed, a balcony, as example. It was nice to have an electric kettle and refrigerators available. The location for London was unbeatable, very close to the supermarkets, takeaway shops and coffee shops, local shops and North Greenwich.

All in all, it was great place for travelling to London. I was given huge and fabulous room with throws on the bed, a bathroom, for instance. Coffee & tea making machines and fridges were available. The location was stunning by excellent transport links.

really enjoyed our stay, recommend. travelled with our husband, spent 3 nights here and had a such great stay. we were upgraded to double room with balcony on check in. marvellous location by excellent transport links was a plus. café pistachios in the park located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

My favourite property in London. The hotel was family-friendly, the staff were kind, great experience overall. The marvellous location for the price, close enough to London Bridge. Plenty of food options relatively near the venue.
