We would love to stay here again as had a really good time and loved the hotel. It is exceptionally clean, exceptional property and the staff is customer-facing. They serve outstanding breakfasts for all tastes with the bacon, the room's rate plus the porridge.

Great and unbeatable location outstanding on par with a high caliber stand alone restaurant, private parking onsite. Also - really close to the cocktail bar and order, the main shopping areas of oxford st, regent st and London for shopping.

Truly exceptional, boutique property. Well-appointed and brand-new units and well-trained stuff from service. Comfortable beds, huge bathroom.

The room was modern and airy, provided with a nice cake and all amenities such as tea.

Absolutely fantastic and gorgeous units with a double bed. A big balcony and a terrace in the bedroom. Neat building, super location close enough to shops, restaurants and bars, the centre, and the cocktail bar. Easy walk to Saint Mary's Cathedral.

Central location in a great area of London. And not far from the underground, Oxford Street, and the main shopping areas of oxford st, regent st. Great bedroom. Good food selection on continental breakfast.

Definitely coming here again, would be happy to recommend it to others. The venue has great setting in Westminster Borough district close enough to the main shopping areas and the restaurants.

It has great restaurant and marvellous location right in the centre. There is Attendant nearby for a cup of coffee. The rooms are spacious and trendy with an extra £100, a super-comfy bed in the middle and an iron.

The breakfast was good as expected with the room's rate, the bacon, the porridge. The room was gorgeous with bath and shower, reasonable prices. The airport was 20 km away.

Its location was very central, a couple of blocks away from Carnaby Street. The restaurant was located within 300 metres.

The setting is handy and incredibly comfortable, not far from the garden which was very cool surrounded by pink flamingos, centre of London and the restaurant on the weekend for another meal.

It has ideal location to see Oxford Street. It has wonderfully helpful, top-class staff.

Beautifuly designed and simply stunning place, very amiable staff from service. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Units with a big bathroom. Had perfect location in the Restaurant in the Atrium, close to a gallery and a museum. Besides, very convenient to Soho.

Beds were a bit hard.

The hotel had indeed a perfect and easy location to gadogan gardens. Also, Oxford Street was just a short distance away.

We usually stay at this iconic hotel and would like to stay there on the next trip. The location is stunning and unbeatable, right at the centre of London. It's really close to breakfast / restaurant as well as art galleries.

Unique & spotless unit with enormous sledge bed & all mod cons.

The breakfasts were always satisfactory with the bacon and the room's rate. My deluxe king room with pictures on the ceiling etc and enormous sledge bed was new-fashioned and airy. The staff was gentle plus the location was marvellous and fab.

The superior king room was relaxing with a big bath tub, an extra £100, an iron. It had unbeatable location a short walk to Goodge Street. Lots of food for breakfast, everything was well presented.

Besides, the location was stunning and decent for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Buckingham Palace.

The location is stunning, 2 km from a Trafalgar Square art museum. It is found in a great area short walk to many bars, and the restaurant. The rooms are trendy and unique with a super-comfy bed, large bath, balcony.
