It was clean inside. We had a large bedroom. Nice beds, a balcony, a kettle, and coffee were a nice touch.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in twin room with tea/coffee, a kettle, and armchairs. Clean bathroom and particularly nice view. Brilliant location in the busy area, near to the subway station. Private parking on-site provided. Ideal staff throughout.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and I loved it. This location was fantastic and stunning, near Piccadilly Circus. The room was good sized and extremely pleasant, and the bed was comfy, would stay there again.

It met the demands and we would book here again. Location is great and brilliant, property is fairly clean and breakfast is absolutely fantastic. This hotel met needs! The property was extremely convenient with extremely helpful staff. Magnificent central location just off shops and public transport as well as Heathrow airport to the west. Also, a Dinosaurs gallery was 4 km away.

All in all everything was really good, had a really good stay in London town. The location was magnificent - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. And it was around 10-15 minutes walk from La Pappardella, ate there couple of times.

Worth its 3 stars. Everything was NICE, especially service and staff. Enjoyed staying at the double room. My bonus points for West Kensington metro station, located right next to the hotel.

It's not their fault, but the street was noisy.

The bed was comfy, staff was friendly! Don't forget to dine at Nando's Earl's Court, it's within 5 minutes walk or so, we greatly enjoyed it.
