The room is sumptuous and marvellous with a walk-in shower.

Views are awful.

The breakfast was delightful and marvellous with toast, pastries and a more attractive rate and had something for everyone.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak also the bed of mine was extremely hard.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was fantastic and fairly clean. The breakfast was scrumptious and tasty with the most delicious smoothies: you could find bread, cereals, and pastries. The property had a very central location right near Buckingham palace.

Atmospheric rooms provided with an amazingly comfortable bed, a large glass of Malbec plus a lovely bedding. Fresh bread, pastries, and meats for breakfast at a more attractive rate.

The restaurant was pleasant with helpful staff, we ordered freshly cooked dishes. The location was very central, great for a palace and a theatre located very close to the hotel. By the way, a park and a river were not far from the place.

The mews view was fabulous, the room was neat and new-fashioned. Enthusiastic staff from housekeeping to managers, and the location was great. This hotel was set in a very quiet area. A grill restaurant was pleasant.

The hotel was fabulous and quiet, greatly enjoyed the mews view from our executive king room. We ate at a top-notch restaurant with helpful staff. The breakfast had lots of options: bread, cereal, and pastries. The staff were very, very nice people specially the doorman who's always happy to assist us, and location was great and magnificent. Furthermore, St Johns Market was nearby.

There were a storage and heating in my suite, loved it. The staff was all friendly attentive and truly outstanding. The view of palace was wonderful, as well as central location so close to dozens of nearby eateries, centre of London and Close to Victoria tube. Moreover, Green Park London was nearby.

The location was very central, really close to the National Gallery and Victoria station, the Hotels restaurants and London for an extra-long weekend. Also, the place was just a pleasant stroll away from Westminster. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the grill restaurant which serves dinner.

The room was average sized and well heated and we truly enjoyed the stay. Its comfortable decor with an exceptional view was a nice surprise. The hotel was in a very central location right near Buckingham palace.

Wonderful location in the tourist area, really close to public transport, royal mews, queens gallery and Buckingham palace in walking distance, Westminster attractions, and Victoria, the west end, Harrods and the Saatchi gallery. High quality and newly remodelled rooms available with a cupboard, balloons, as for instance.

Delightful and enjoyable breakfast with the most delicious smoothies for all tastes. Brilliant amazing location, in there Indian restaurant. Besides, easy access to St George's Hall Liverpool.

The morning meal was scrumptious and tasty with what a treat, pastries, tasty food with efficient.

Well heated units with a genuinely comfy bed, soft fluffy towels, as for instance. Scrumptious and tasty breakfast, amazing location just next door to all the major tourist attractions ie 5 minutes to Buckingham Palace and about 20 minutes walk to Trafalgar Square, Covent Gardens, walking to St James' Park, and the main metro stations.

The breakfast was delightful and enjoyable and slices of fresh bread, cereals, and pastries were outstanding. I had executive king room with an own bathroom. The hotel had a very central setting to all main tourist spots.

The room was opulent and I appreciated the stay for a fabulous visit. The breakfast was sensational, outstanding with a mimosa, champagne plus the most delicious smoothies.

The location of the hotel was marvellous - at a walking distance from St James's Park. And the area was very quite, next to Churchill War Rooms, and the Royal Mews.

It was a really good experience. The restaurant here was nice which serves dinner, we both ordered amazing dishes. The views across palace were wonderful.

Quite busy area.

The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of Victoria. Plus, it was very close to Victoria tube/train station, Close to Buckingham Palace and an excellent location overall.

The location was unbeatable, you can visit Royal Mews by walking. The room I had was ATMOSPHERIC with coffee, a very nice view, for instance. The breakfast was excellent, the check in was quick.

The room was compact and with a beautiful cake and all necessary conveniences, had everything I needed. This fabulous and impressive hotel had very central setting close to the Apollo theatre. It was also close enough to Close to bus stop, Green Park and other places of interest.

The breakfast at the place was delightful and enjoyable for Vegans. It was in the very central location very close to the Victoria underground station.

I stayed in the room that was upgraded the view out of the window and available with a bath tub. Every staff member was friendly attentive. The location was magnificent for exploring this central area, short walk to Hyde Park, Green Park, St James Park, most attractions, restaurants and bars and the Buckingham palace right after the coronation.

The staff was accommodating, provided a quick check-in and a late check-out. The breakfast had plenty of options and cereal, pastries and breads were delightful!

Plus, the location is magnificent, minutes from Westminster. It's based in fairly nice area, to Theatre.

Smooth check-in, parking on-site. Nice hot breakfast for Vegans, with great food. Excellent location in a downtown area really close to Buckingham Palace and the Royal Mews, Westminster Cathedral, Jamie Oliver, Gordon Ramsay, Westminster Abbey, London-Eye, Buckingham Palace, and Knightsbridge for shops and Victoria Underground.

All in all everything was excellent, had a fairly nice stay on a business trip. Loved our superior king room with the bedroom and crisp bedsheets plus excellent extras. We were met by pleasant, exceptional personnel. This accommodation had a central setting down the Mall.

Unbeatable location for London, just next door to Buckingham Palace, the restaurant and all the tourist attractions. Besides, excellent for visiting Apollo Victoria Theatre.

The continental breakfast had many options, including cereals, pastries and fresh bread. It was in a marvellous and handy location with St James's Park nearby. There was a park and a river not far from the place.

The hotel was in a marvellous location very close to tube station, London, Buckingham Palace. It also was to beautiful parks. My room was exceptional & themed with excellent extras, the bedroom, for instance.

The hotel staff was bad.

The weather was lovely, had excellent stay on 27 February. Pleasant and exceptional staff who were always there to help. The executive king room I stayed in was updated with a huge very comfortable bed with superb linens & pillows. The location was fab for walking around Royal Mews. There was a top-notch restaurant, shops and several stores next door. Liked this classy hotel, would recommend.

Beds were too hard.

there were newly remodelled and exceptional rooms with the bedroom, crisp bedsheets plus excellent extras. the grill restaurant was good and their staff was pleasant. by the way, parking fee - gbp 70 per day. this was my wonderful stay on a business trip.

Worth its 5 stars. Loved relaxed atmosphere of this place and friendly staff. Their doorman is the best!

We loved service and facilities here. We were able to visit big ben that was right by the hotel.
