The best thing was how pleasant and welcoming the staff were. Stayed in deluxe queen room, it was cheap and with excellent design.

Incredible and beautiful location, within a walking distance of everywhere. The breakfast was enjoyable, warm at 9.15am.

Had a pleasant stay for one night London, good value. The location was amazing, not far from the underground and many shops and restaurants as well as several attractions. The bedroom was neat and recently refurbished. Had a hot breakfast with fruit and toast and scrambled eggs.

I had coffee at Mimos Cafe Bar, located within 10 minutes walk.

The location was good and fab, for example, a Hyde park was relatively close to the hotel. Further, it was close enough to London as well as bars and eateries.

Food was good and I stayed in the triple room, it was high standard. The bed was comfortable and enjoyed my really good bathroom. The location was perfect, in the area under the stairs with easy access to shopping streets and a market.

Moreover, it was 2 km from a Hyde park.

Actually the room was tastefully decorated with 2 double & 1 single bed and new bathroom. The staff were very friendly and top-class, gave us great tips. Its location was central, few metres away from Sussex Gardens Open Space. There were a shopping street and a market around the hotel.

Loved our triple room with decent breakfast, a good variety of TV channels, as for instance. It was in a perfect and strategic location adjacent to Kensington Gardens, London, and undergound, park.
