The rooms are compact and soundproof here with patio, shared tables, minifridge. Coffee and cereals for breakfast are a plus. It has marvellous central location to the underground station.

Hotel's location was great, within walking distance of Olympia where we were taking part in an exhibition. We appreciated tea, toast, jam, and eggs in the morning.

Soundproof decent size rooms with twin beds as well as shared tables, amicable staff. Perfect, particularly good location in the decent area. Positioned 25 km from the airport.

Straightforward place for one night and very helpful and pleasant staff. An iron and ironing board, coffee/tea makers, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room, magnificent and fantastic location.

Had very lovely stay for one night. This accommodation had a central setting very near of the underground. Furthermore, it was at a walking distance from Lost Lagoon.

The room was decent sized and well heated in shared tables and they provided wake-up service when I asked. The breakfast was fine, with a wide array of meals. It was in a central location, in the area. The service was terrific, the personnel was always pleasant and I had an easy check-in.

It was fairly clean and the staff were amazingly nice and efficient, beds were very comfy. The hotel had indeed a marvellous location in the area.

Handy setting, adjacent to shepherd bush tube, overground and underground, shopping centres, and two different tube stations. Had twin room with hairdryer, minifridge, as for instance. Very amiable and pleasant staff with a good portion of humor.

The location very near of the underground was marvellous and perfect for us. We appreciated the convenience of the double room with twin beds.

Enjoyed our tidy and compact rooms, plus the staff was attentive! We got a room with a bathtub. The location was marvellous - near to the Westfield shopping centre and train station. Their food was good with a wide array of meals.

The stay here was really comfortable for one night. In general, I appreciated my spotless room in shared tables. Btw it included central heating, an iron, and tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel was in an excellent location just next door to shopping centres and places of interest, public transport and restaurants and airport.

Family atmosphere and family room in shared tables. All in all great and perfect setting really close to three train station, a good area and the Westfield shopping centre. Plus, walking distance to Hammersmith Superstore.

It has magnificent setting close to station. The hotel staff is pleasant and affable.

The staff was pleasant, offered to visit some nice places. It was in a central setting to Westfield Shopping centre. Also, an expansive park was 4 km away from the hotel.

There was fine breakfasts with toast and the eggs which were delicious, as example. The hotel has handy location close enough to center, Shepherds Bush underground station and Westfield shopping centre and shepherd bush tube, overground and underground. Everything here was lovely, I will be back.

The location was unbeatable and excellent, just off the Westfield shopping centre, Hammersmith tube station and underground. Also, a Portobello road was 2 km away. The room was well-appointed in shared tables and the staff attentive. Had reasonable amenities.

Fine breakfast with variety of coffee and cereal to satisfy every guest. Marvellous perfect location, close to the bus stop from where you can catch a bus to the underground station. Based really close to shepherd bush tube, overground and underground, Westfield shopping center and the city centre.

It was surely a really comfortable stay for one night. It was a royal building, the rooms were tidy. We enjoyed having a bathtub.

We had tidy and soundproof room with a kettle and an air conditioner. There was a good size. The service was excellent, totally satisfied. The staff were attentive and affable in case of questions.

Nice location, London Heathrow airport was 25 km away. The staff was amiable with local information.

It's a straightforward place, clean. The staff are very polite and pleasant. The breakfast offers a huge variety of coffee, tea, toast and eggs.

Greatly enjoyed the stay, it was great for one night. I came here with my dad. The hotel room was spotlessly clean and cheap in shared tables.

Facilities were reasonable, however Wi-Fi was bad.

The staff is fairly friendly, very helpful. The location is magnificent and incredible in a decent area, just next door to a bus to the underground station, the Eventim Apollo and places of interest. Hammersmith is a district that deserves exploring.

We liked rooms in shared tables. Everything here was good. Its location in London was great and perfect, right by the Olympia Conference center, shopping centre, gigs, food and tube station and bars, restaurants and theatres.

Our room on patio below bedroom window was tidy and cheap with exceptionally comfortable beds. Everywhere there was fairly clean. It had central location close to Brook Green Tennis Courts.

We were in a handy and easy location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Underground.

There were central heating, iron and ironing board, and coffee/tea makers in the room, loved that. The location was decent, for example, The Village was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

The location is best possible and handy and the staff are EFFICIENT. It is set in a good area. The rooms are newly remodelled and compact with twin beds, everything is good.

It deserves its 2 stars. Facilities and location are simply excellent. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Bocconi that was only 10 minutes' walk away. We had twin beds and we all slept well.

It was reasonably priced. Very clean hotel in good location in London...
