The room was brand-new here with balcony. The atmosphere was quiet and the staff were really kind and welcoming. The location was beautiful and lovely, to the correct bus stop, in the very quiet area.

The breakfast with the best coffee was nice and the people were helpful and amicable there. The setting was peaceful, very close to underground station.

We took a double room with a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a TV, it was good-sized. The location was unbeatable - very close to STREATHAM, the centrum and the correct bus stop.

We were in the triple room with an electric kettle, central heating, and a work desk.

This was a stunning and fantastic location near the centre, London, and the correct bus stop. Also, we could visit a mostly woodland, it was 15 minutes' drive away.

the place was deluxe, we appreciated it. the deluxe queen room we were given had a heating system, a work desk and ironing facilities. merton district deserves your attention.

We had a car, so 10 minutes drive to brixton. The bed was comfy, we had a good rest. We totally recommend, maybe to friends.
