The staff are highly professional and competent, the hotel is spotless and the breakfast is marvellous. The room is brand-new and light filled with really nice bed. The venue has absolutely perfect and handy setting in Holborn district not far from London's. The cocktail bar is amazing, loved this place. Thank you for such a fun stay on vacation.

The check-in was early and the atmosphere was contemporary overall. Stayed in beautifully presented executive king room with very comfortable beds. The staff were extremely helpful, and the services were good.

The hotel was in a central location in the Holborn area. We could drink something at The Square Pig, located 1 km away.

Good and perfect location very close to an epic dinner at Mãos and the shopping areas in-and-around Oxford and Regent Street or the landmarks in-and-around St Pauls or the business district which is Bank.

Simply stunning and great looking venue, magnificent location just off two additional' resturants', Mayfair for work trips and Piccadilly instead of Holborn, loved our stay. In overall the room was well furnished and with the downton abbey sash windows. Everywhere there was spotless, the staff were very knowledgeable people at the reception desk.

The bed was a bit too soft, that's sad thing.

The room was a decent size and offered with storage space, very comfortable bed, for instance. The hotel's location was marvellous, just off the Rosewood for one night on the 1st Jan, the restaurant and the bar, and the Theater District and Covent Garden.

The food is fabulous, loved American breakfast. The rooms are well presented with comfortable beds and smoke detectors.

Luxurious hotel, staff were cooperative and the location was marvellous super on top of everything. Had essentials needed in the double room, including an electric kettle and glassware. It was generous-sized and easy to move around, separate bathroom. It offered friendly service and lovely food too.

Luxury and superior hotel, I truly enjoyed its very central location adjacent to Trafalgar Square or Piccadilly instead of Holborn which is mostly Mc Donalds and Pizza Express, other London in the category and which also worked in spite of complete occupancy. The staff was diligent, offered me wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The services were friendly.
