Everything was perfect, incredible location near to Hyde Park and Paddington Station and Paddington Station as well as Lancaster Underground, amazing friendly staff. I had romantic, high standard room with a safe, an ironing set, and coffee/tea making equipment. There was a downstairs bar. I had really really nice days staying at this trendy boutique hotel.

Tasty and wonderful breakfast, a wide range of meals. Compact room, neat, with good beds, a balcony plus daily fresh baked cookies.

Make sure to get double room with a four poster bed, balcony, as for instance. Responsive hotel staff with a lovely friendly manner, everything was very good.

Whole place was fairly clean with lovely views; incredible location by the restaurant on leaving. Our rooms were extremely pleasant and had a safe, an ironing set, and coffee/tea making equipment. The hotel served the best full English breakfast we had.

It has top-notch extremely pleasant rooms, that come with balcony, bathroom, a four poster bed. The staff are outstandingly helpful and deserve a 3-star rating.

Everything was very good during 1 day, loved its magnificent and unbeatable location really close to Paddington and Lancaster Gate tube stations, Kensington High Street where there are major department stores and the very cool Design Museum and Hyde Park which is a unique place for running lovers.

The venue was nice looking, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the location was fantastic so close to a local restaurant, the Paddington Station where the Heathrow Express stops, and Hyde Park and Kensington gardens and palace. The room was air conditioned, reasonably priced with a perfect bed, cookies, for instance, I was pleased. The staff were lovely friendly and decent all the time.

Unique and modern venue, absolutely perfect location just next door to nearest tube station and 5min to London Paddington station which has the heathrow express train to the airport, tube lines and a very calm neighberhood which provide great peace. Large bedroom.

Had really really nice stay of our wedding and the weather was warm. The location was GOOD, for example, a Hyde park was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Make sure you stay in the executive king room with a balcony, spacious bathrooms, for instance.

We thoroughly enjoyed double room with balcony as well. It was surely a really good stay on a business trip.

Thank you all for a wonderful stay at night from previous experience. I was surprised with the king room. Location: the hotel was near Paddington Station, Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, Hyde parks and many restaurants. Plus it was 5 mins drive from Round Pond.

We have spent 4 days in superior double room with a balcony, a large bathroom, for example. A hairdryer, toiletries and bathrobes were available there.

Our room was spotless and exquisite and the food was appetising. Its location was handy and easy, in a quiet area very close to Paddington Station, and in a nice area.

I had a very comfortable experience here, everything was perfect, the location was unbeatable really close to tube, Paddington Station and Kensington or Marble Arch. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and complete with standard bacon. Excellent service was provided here. I used wake up calls and ironing, it's free too.
