The room was nicely furnished and decent size with good views, I had a good rest. There were an electric kettle, central heating, and tea/coffee making equipment. The location was comfortable for me as it was just off pub, nearby Richmond Park and Richmond town, and the restaurant on the 2nd day.

Thoroughly enjoyed that the hotel was homely and had very helpful and efficient staff like the one female member of staff. Overall it was a nice size with 4 beds.

This nicely presented hotel occupies a very very good building in the traditional style. There is a good choice of tasty food for breakfast. The location is perfect and convenient, really close to stadium, you cannot beat it. Besides, the property is located 3 km away from Teddington Lock.

The location of the property was magnificent and wonderful, to Kew gardens. Further, it was so close to richmond along the river and river front.

That was nicely presented and homely hotel set in absolutely gorgeous area, not far from the restaurant on the 2nd day, Greater London and theatre. The location of the property was lovely and incredible - just a pleasant stroll away from Trafalgar Square. Got the same nicely furnished triple room with the windows open booked online, thoroughly enjoyed that. A lot of food for breakfast, which was lovely to satisfy everyone.

The time I spent there was brilliant. The staff were very amiable during my stay. The breakfast had a wide array of options: toast, cereals, and fruit. That hotel was in a perfect and handy location, next to the river. Besides, it was just off Richmond Upon Thames, Tadcaster brewery of which the landlord is very proud and the centre. Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in Richmond.

Location short walk to south west London, Tadcaster brewery of which the landlord is very proud and Richmond town centre. For shots visit The Gate, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

By and large, it was great base for sightseeing in Richmond, had much fun and met very amiable and thoughtful staff like the one female member of staff. The hotel was in a convenient and ideal location close to a hill and a river. And it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from La Luna di Luca, ate there couple of times.

Beds were hard in this place.
