Everything was great, so were exceptionally good views of the park. We had the quadruple room and it was relaxing. The location was great and brilliant, in a lovely quiet London square and the interior design was lovely. Further, it was not far from the centre of london leading to the landmarks, the park, near a lively neighborhood and cafes in Pimlico.

The staff was very impolite.

The room is well-organised and comfortable quiet, comes with bath, nice view, for example. The location is unbeatable and magnificent and minutes from a cathedral and a tower. And it's minutes from cafes and wine bars.

It boasts great and lovely location short walk to a Tube Station, St James' Park and Buckingham Palace or Westminster. The staff are really good people in the reception desk.

Had really nice stay in the winter, the staff were superfriendly, location was marvellous to the sites of London. The room was modern and compact, good value.

The venue is quirky, clean and the location is perfect and excellent near to Victoria Station bars, Parliament and the underground and Westminster Abbey and the Buckingham Palace. The staff are very attentive people in the reception desk.

We had a very very good time, good value. Our daughter and we enjoyed being there, it's extremely convenient hotel. Its location was decent, very close to Victoria and St James's Park, and Close to the subway. Exceptional service, even though a few employees were poorly trained.

After a quick check-in we were provided with a neat room. The breakfast had lots of food and it was satisfactory. The hotel was in a central location in a lovely quiet London square.

Compact units with great view across the playing field, coffee and a lovely large balcony overlooking tree lined playing fields, and the stuff were superbly friendly. The restaurant served a wide array of meals for breakfast. Marvellous and lovely location, the hotel was near to a bus station. The team provided an exceptional service.

I felt it was good value. The room was new-fashioned & fashionable with a balcony, a delightful view plus coffee. The staff were efficient and outstandingly accommodating too.

The stay for a long vacation certainly was good value. The breakfast was good with light fluffy toast, boiled egg plus great coffee, the restaurant was nice. I liked that the room was decent size and functional with great view across the playing field.

The breakfast in the restaurant was good for Central London. The venue was in a central location so close to tourist sights and the Victoria train station, Close to convenience shops, and a dance competition. Had brunch in the The Cask Pub & Kitchen, located nearby.

Our room was practical and it was airy with 2 double beds, view of the park, for instance, good value.

I liked the breakfast food available in the restaurant. My decent sized and functional room came with coffee, excellent beds plus French Windows. The location was good, at a short distance from Victoria. The area was picturesque just off theatres, great selection of bars and walking distance of the Victoria underground and Parliament Buildings, Thames.

The full English breakfast was satisfactory with light fluffy toast for all tastes and good value. The location of the hotel was good, easy to access on local transport.

Booked a room with double bed. Appreciated the restaurant, where we had breakfasts. The venue was set in the central position near to the Buckingham Palace, and tourist attractions-Parliament Buildings, Thames. The service offered was exceptional.

Liked this hotel, had really nice experience. Intimate venue with excellent services, even so the view was depressing. The restaurant had plenty of well presented meals for breakfast. As for me, the location was good, not far from many top sights, and a cave. And it was relatively close to Seafresh Fish Restaurant, ate there couple of times.
