Richmond Hill Hotel

It has gorgeous, stunning setting, right by the newly refurbished restaurant, park and Richmond town and Richmond for generations. The breakfast is hearty and warm with good veggie options, has outstanding food.

The staff was always pleasant and the location was magnificent - altogether a decent experience. Plus, I was around 10-15 minutes walk from St Johns Market. The room was new-fashioned and heated with a very nice bath, thoroughly enjoyed it.

It's clean with a central location happy to help book a taxi which arrived promptly.

It is a relaxing base for a wedding celebration, has magnificent views across the Thames valley. Top-notch room with an early check in and comfortable beds.

Everything was really good for our purposes, a wedding celebration. The staff was incredibly polite and experienced all the time. The location of the hotel was amazing, to the work area.

Appealing accommodation with a good service and a cosy atmosphere. Normal double, contemporary room provided with a view of the back carpark, a roll top bath and the bathrooms.

The hotel was set in a central area near Richmond by Thames, Richmond Park and Twickenham and the leisure centre round the back. Also, we where within only 1 km from Museum of Richmond.

Great location close enough to Richmond by Thames, and the usual restaurant is like, friendly check-in.

We loved rooms with an interesting bathroom. The staff was especially helpful and very efficient and we could use wake up service and ironing free of charge. The location was perfect, you can visit a national gallery by walking. There was a huge variety of pubs and cafes nearby to try. Food in the terrace restaurant was good.

We were so impressed with very good service that would definitely return.

I asked for deluxe king room and it was bright with a view. This hotel was set in a central area so close to river, shops and restaurants and a desert.

The location was great and fab for Richmond, very close to the town centre, eateries in Richmond and Near enough to walk into Richmond town centre. Besides, the property was 4 km away from a 56.6 hectare garden.

The rooms are well-equipped and have absolutely superb view over the park. The location is central.

Newly renovated and contemporary rooms with private bathrooms and an electric kettle and refrigerators. Comfy bed, pretty friendly personnel with operational managers having meetings in the bar area where we could overhear everything. The location magnificent and gorgeous in the communal areas due to parties.

The location was very scenic and top there, close to the shops. Actually, the room was great value for money, it also had a walk-in shower and heated floors. The staff were competent and a full cooked and hearty breakfast was provided.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor, and the bed was not very comfortable.

Everything seemed very comfortable, friendly efficient staff, brand-new rooms. We got a room with bathtub. We had a continental breakfast with good sausages, the food was good.

Fully equipped place, it was perfectly clean and had really efficient staff with the service of the reception staff. The location next to a bus station was unbeatable, most places in Richmond were within reach. The room I stayed in was brand-new and beautifully presented with comfy bed, the standard bedrooms, as example.

Everything is nice here, had a really nice stay for the one night. The hotel staff is smart and best. They serve warm breakfasts for all tastes with a local bakery and a cappuccino and healthy fresh fruits.

The staff was fairly friendly, the accommodation was stylish and clean. The overall atmosphere was comfortable, but some staff members were a little slow. Views to Richmond town and Richmond Park were glorious, the room was contemporary and newly remodelled. The hotel's location was incredible, close to the tiered gardens.

Pity, but the beds were a bit small.

Marvellous and gorgeous location in a very green area, very close to Richmond Park, Richmond Hill and the riverside, the lovely pub, and the bar/restaurant. Situated only 1 km from a much haunted redbrick ham house.

The hotel was located in a perfect and magnificent place, next to a bus stop. I ate in the terrace restaurant nearby. Loved the room, it was well-equipped with the Georgian style, excellent shower plus safe.

The vibe here was comfortable! The deluxe room was airy, very comfy bed. Consistently courteous stuff, offered us wake up calls and ironing.

We had a fantastic 4-star experience here. Thanks to the personable staff everything was great, including plenty of well presented food. Got perfect room with comfy bed. The hotel had a central position close to the river, Richmond, and the centre. Besides, Richmond Riverside was 2 km away from the venue.

The location next to a bus station is stunning and peaceful. There are pubs and cafes nearby, liked where it was set.

This was exactly the deluxe queen room I wanted in Richmond. Having a multi-channel TV, ironing facilities and a writing table was very convenient.

The location was marvellous and easy, for example, a much haunted redbrick ham house was within walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and traditional on a very hard bun, the best we had in Richmond. The check-in was friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable overall.

The location was incredible and stunning for walking around King Henry's Mound. The breakfast was enjoyable, had a quite comfortable stay for one night.

Our favorite hotel in Richmond-Upon-Thames, staff was accommodating. Moreover, free WiFi was available. Near to the venue there is a pub.

We liked facilities and location. We could visit one of our favorite spots twickenham stadium next to the hotel. Good sleep in a good bed. Richmond Town neighborhood is worth looking into.
