Reasonably priced place, had a lovely stay for the wedding. All the staff was helpful and we had an early check in.

The location is particularly good, 1 km from St Johns Market. What's more, it's just a short stroll away from the heart of the city. The whole interior is nice and the rooms are generous sized.

I've had a really comfortable stay for one night. The room was upgraded and budget with a hairdryer, soft bathrobes, and a shower cap in the fully equipped bathroom. The location was marvellous and brilliant and right next to a river and a hill. The hotel was an ideal place for enjoying a great area.

Paid £8 per 24 hours to access the net, though Wi-Fi connection was weak.

We greatly enjoyed being in this property. Everything was very comfortable, magnificent location near to bars / restaurants in the area, the river ideal for bars / restaurants in the area and the riverside, customer-focused staff. The rooms were modern and compact, had smoke detectors for safety. The breakfast was full cooked with pastries, canteen standard fare and cheese and had something for everyone.

Especially helpful staff especially on night shift and central location. Found in the very very nice area just next door to shops, bars and Riverside restaurants as well as the beautiful conservatory.

The breakfast was tasty, with a huge variety of meals. The location was marvellous and fab for traveling around Teddington, just off the beautiful mature garden escaping from the craziness of the Kingston as well as rail station. Excellent service, even though a few employees were a little distracted.

The place was clean and pleasant, it had outstandingly accommodating staff especially on night shift. The hotel location was marvellous to the High Street where there are lots of restaurants. Café L'amandine located 1 km away was a nice surprise. No complains at all, I really enjoyed the stay and will choose it for sure next trip.

The location was great: shops and a supermarket were within walking distance. The room was budget and compact with a king size bed and the bathroom, we felt like at home.

Our accommodation was set in a central location not far from bars/restaurants in Teddington, public areas and London. Dined at One One Four, it was not too far from the venue.

I didn't feel like leaving and would return anytime. I had an excellent experience here, everything was good, the location was unbeatable not far from Ham House, and good restaurants. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I enjoyed it. The place had a family atmosphere. It was nice that wake up service and ironing were for free too.

the location is amazing and incredible, it's just off leisure centre, the town center with a good number of shops and the river. richmond-upon-thames district deserves to be explored.

beautiful building. this hotel's really close to tourist places like bushy park. the tide end cottage pub, where you can eat, is short way from the venue. the hotel had a spectacular position.
