The room was a decent size, hopefully. The location was perfect and magnificent, in the heart of the city, the view was amazing, too. Plus, it was close enough to a tube, a bus stop, the bus tour stop, and Tower Bridge and the business center of London.

The bed was very uncomfortable.

The staff were efficient and excellent too. Really enjoyed a kettle and an iron in the room. Kitchen was a big plus.

The good location was very close to Union Gallery. Also, it was walk from a bus station. The restaurant was wonderful for evening meals here, I had hot dishes.

TBH, the room was not very clean, we expected better.

I appreciated the generous sized and brand-new room and 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. Coffee and two TVs worked well. Location : the hotel was short walk to Borough tube station as well as eateries. I had coffee at Lomond coffee, located within 10 minutes walk.

It is an excellent property located in Southwark district adjacent to Borough, Bermondsey and the business center. The rooms are spotless and perfect with comfy beds and smoke detectors. The hotel offers lots of food that was appetising.
