Every employee we encountered was very kind. Got spotless and modest guest room with soft bedding when arrived, appreciated that. The food was brilliant and the bar was comfortable.

Big units with heating as well as shared bathroom, and the staff were courteous.

The hotel had indeed a great location in shared area. The hotels' team was very kind and courteous. Really enjoyed the way our impeccably clean and modest single room with comfortable beds was arranged.

Facilities were modern, though Wi-Fi was low.

The service was excellent, generally, it was a beautifully decorated place to stay. The room was freshly decorated and new-fashioned with the bathroom, heating, for example, we felt like at home. Everything was modern. The location was magnificent, staff were very pleasant. Also, Gate Cinema was not far away. Stayed in this property for 3 nights and greatly enjoyed our choice.

Courteous staff, fair prices, the location is marvellous adjacent to cafes, restaurants and supermarket, common areas and stairs and Notting Hill / Holland Park. The rooms are fancy and huge here with shared bathroom, updated interior decoration, for example. The main bar offers hot drinks.

Well, it was a really really nice stay for a business trip.

The room is updated and fancy with a good view. There is a variety of supplies like : a safe box, an iron and ironing board. The hotel provides a helpful service. We have to thank very kind staff for a really comfortable stay.

The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were kind. Twin room had facilities you could need.

The venue was good modern and safe, I really enjoyed the stay and the location was absolutely perfect so close to supermarkets which is very good, a there's a bus stop, and Holland Park tube station and Tesco express. It was really fairly clean and ideal hotel, would recomand. Everything was modern, including very courteous staff and absolutely perfect location at very convenient place to get downtown. The venue is perfect, clean and the location is great just off a nice bar/restaurant across the road, a lovely pub literally across the road and cafes, restaurants and supermarket. The staff are nice, the rooms are fancy and updated.

The rooms are big size for fair prices with tea, a great bathroom, for example. Very central location close to a great pub with good food for most of the day, tube stop nearby, and into central London in 20 minutes, and Holland Park, Nothing Hill, Portobello Market, and 2 main Underground stations, and restaurants and a circus are near the hotel. Don't forget to explore Kensington and Chelsea district. The main bar makes the hot drinks: )

Modern accommodation with excellent and unbeatable location very close to an underground station on central line.

The location was decent and easy, because a subway station was based minutes from the hotel. There was a park and a hill minutes from the place. The room was neat and en suite, provided with coffee, towel warmer and comfortable beds.

Modern rooms, great staff. The Castle, located within 10 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. Our hotel was so close to tourist sites such as victoria and albert museum. Easy walk to Notting Hill Gate subway station.
